Darrell, Sammy, and Ralph collaborated in the insurance restoration field for over a decade. Understanding that homeowners were often left in difficult situations with insurance claims, they formed Acclaimed Home Services. Our main focus is on customer care and keeping homeowners in the loop regarding their claims.
We recognize the pressures adjusters face and understand their time constraints due to heavy workloads. With a background in mitigation, Acclaimed Home Services knows the best practices for drying and mold remediation. We are aware of the coverage issues customers face and the trust challenges they have with insurance companies.
Our certifications include IICRC and HAAG, and we hold the required licenses in the state of Georgia.
Raised in the Metro Atlanta area, Darrell began his career with a leading insurance firm after completing college. He worked there for 25 years across the southeastern United States. In 2002, he returned to school to earn a degree in Residential Construction Management.
He has co-founded Acclaimed Home Services to assist homeowners when emergencies arise. He is involved in his community, sitting on various boards and contributing to high school football. He is also dedicated to his church, where he has served as a deacon. He has led numerous mission trips across the U.S. as a Crew Leader and Construction Coordinator.
He has been happily married for 28 years and is a father to two adult children.

We were super nervous, as we've been through numerous renovations over the years and NOTHING has ever gone smoothly. Well, let me tell you. Sammy, Darryl and the gang are absolutely terrific! Everything went very quickly and smoothly. Communication was top notch and we couldn't be happier with the quality. I ever (jokingly) asked Sammy if he would marry me! This company can't be beat! I wish I could get them to travel and fix up some of my short term rental properties! Great job everyone!

I come back out and see half of my headliner drooping and the fabric on both door side panels a little damaged. And for the damage to my truck I will try and get some of my money back. the guy even told me he was going to clean another guys hummer interior after he got done with my truck that day. I feel sorry for the next person's vehicle that come into contact with anyone from this company.
Shane R.When we noticed water under the floor in our basement, we called a few companies that friends recommended, but Darrell had already looked at the damage and was helping me dry out before any of the other companies returned my call. He checked moisture readings all around and came back several times during the week to make sure everything was drying properly. We discussed several options for replacement flooring, and within a few days of ordering the flooring, it was installed. Darrell's attention to detail was fantastic; he showed me several things that I wouldn't have known the difference on, but he knew our son has asthma, and he wanted to ensure everything was perfect. He also helped a ton with the insurance company. I wouldn't dream of using another company for this type of work. Highly recommended!
