I requested a quote for a water diverter at the chimney (aka ""cricket"") because rainwater had been pooling and seeping into the attic. The estimate was specific, detailed and competitive. The roofer took his time, did neat work and cleaned up after. There have been two soaking rains since completion. The attic interior remains dry.

Cathy helped me quickly schedule an appointment. Eddie came out went on my roof, checked my attic, and my bedroom ceiling for leaks and damage. He fixed my issue and sent me before and after photos. I'm very pleased.

I had a roof leak repaired on my home after the previous repair was botched. I had to wait 2-3 weeks for them to come out just because it was the rainy season and they were busy but no biggie because they were worth the wait. The representative who gave me the quote was friendly and informative. The gentleman who did the repair was appalled at the previous repair and had an incredible work ethic who went above and beyond to make sure I got the correct shingle color. When I need my whole roof replaced I will be calling them again.

A leak was detected from the ceiling in the upstairs bedroom and upon researching different companies and reviews, I decided to contact Accent Roofing. They were able to get someone out right away! Bobby was exceptional and got the work done quickly and without any issues.

After 18 years and some storm damage, we knew we needed to replace our roof. Our neighbors recommended Accent so we contacted them. Phillip came out a few days later to assess the damage and discussed the process and options with me. He was very nice and followed up while we got our insurance to give us an estimate. We got quotes from 2 other recommended roofers in the area and Accent beat them on price plus I liked how responsive Phillip was, how easy the scheduling process was, and how fast they could get us on the schedule to replace the roof so we went with Accent.
They promised a 1 day job and showed up at 6:30am to start laying out tarps to protect our shrubs and catch debris, moving patio furniture to protect it, etc. Even though there was a 2 hour rain delay and it was a Friday afternoon, the supervisor (Bobby) and whole crew stayed to finish everything up, even though that meant they stayed until 8:30pm! A 14 hour day for them and the crew was still smiling by the end. They did a great job cleaning up everything, even taking the shop vac up to our attic to clean up any debris from installing the ridge vents. I appreciated that the crew focused on safety too with their harnesses. They also fixed our gutters in a few spots for no extra charge. Phillip emailed the next day to make sure we were satisfied and to answer any questions. I was concerned about the slight smell of asphalt (apparently that can be normal in GA during July!) but just in case he had the quality control guy call me the next day. They even paid for the few flowers the crew accidentally squished with the equipment (we have a small yard and there was a lot of equipment to fit in!). Overall this was a very good and painless experience and I feel confident we made the right choice!
