Eddie with Accent Roofing was amazing. My entire experience from the very first phone call was pleasant. I woke up to water coming into my master bed and I called Accent Roofing. Cathy helped me quickly schedule an appointment. Eddie came out went on my roof, checked my attic, and my bedroom ceiling for leaks and damage. He fixed my issue and sent me before and after photos. I'm very pleased.

I had a roof leak repaired on my home after the previous repair was botched. I had to wait 2-3 weeks for them to come out just because it was the rainy season and they were busy but no biggie because they were worth the wait. The representative who gave me the quote was friendly and informative. The gentleman who did the repair was appalled at the previous repair and had an incredible work ethic who went above and beyond to make sure I got the correct shingle color. When I need my whole roof replaced I will be calling them again.

A leak was detected from the ceiling in the upstairs bedroom and upon researching different companies and reviews, I decided to contact Accent Roofing. They were able to get someone out right away! Bobby was exceptional and got the work done quickly and without any issues.

After 18 years and some storm damage, we knew we needed to replace our roof. Our neighbors recommended Accent so we contacted them. Phillip came out a few days later to assess the damage and discussed the process and options with me. He was very nice and followed up while we got our insurance to give us an estimate. We got quotes from 2 other recommended roofers in the area and Accent beat them on price plus I liked how responsive Phillip was, how easy the scheduling process was, and how fast they could get us on the schedule to replace the roof so we went with Accent.
They promised a 1 day job and showed up at 6:30am to start laying out tarps to protect our shrubs and catch debris, moving patio furniture to protect it, etc. Even though there was a 2 hour rain delay and it was a Friday afternoon, the supervisor (Bobby) and whole crew stayed to finish everything up, even though that meant they stayed until 8:30pm! A 14 hour day for them and the crew was still smiling by the end. They did a great job cleaning up everything, even taking the shop vac up to our attic to clean up any debris from installing the ridge vents. I appreciated that the crew focused on safety too with their harnesses. They also fixed our gutters in a few spots for no extra charge. Phillip emailed the next day to make sure we were satisfied and to answer any questions. I was concerned about the slight smell of asphalt (apparently that can be normal in GA during July!) but just in case he had the quality control guy call me the next day. They even paid for the few flowers the crew accidentally squished with the equipment (we have a small yard and there was a lot of equipment to fit in!). Overall this was a very good and painless experience and I feel confident we made the right choice!

When I first called, Amanda was cheerful and eager to help me. She took my information and promised the owner would call me that day. He called within an hour. Mr Tom Scribbins answered all of my questions and promised a fair proposal that he and his company would stand behind.

I received a detailed proposal and follow up call from Mr. Scribbins the next day. It was very fair quote. He walked me through what to expect on roofing day.

Communication is superior! I received detailed emails concerning roofing day. When day arrived, I received a call from Mr Scribbins and from the crew manager, Marcus in the morning. The excellent crew completed our roof in one day. They also completely cleaned up. The next day I received a follow-up call to make sure we were happy with our new roof and to answer any questions.

It was truly a pleasure to do business with Accent Roofing.

From start to finish they (Accent Roofing) kept me inform and did a outstanding job. Roof look 100 times better with my new architectural shingles. But here the detail: crew came out bright and early at 730 and started getting everything ready. By 1100 the whole roof was tore down, around 600pm the roof was complete and done. Did a walk through with the supervisor and everything was clean up well. I would highly recommend them and theirs excellent staffs and customer service was great.

Accent Roofing came out on a Saturday to address an issue we were worried about. He told us what needed to be done which was a minor repair and even stated it wasn't necessary to do immediately. There was no pressure, and he seemed very knowledgeable. We decided to go ahead with the repair, and the quote was reasonable.

Accent replaced a roof for someone in my neighborhood. They did a great job visually so I took down their info from the yard sign and did my vetting. Company has been around for decades and had glowing reviews every where I looked. My own experience? They were extremely timely with communicating information and were very thorough with the installation. We have a small dog and were worried about debris and nail but they cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. They vacuumed debris in my attic. All the metal vents were painted black which made it inconspicuous and more visually appealing. I noticed another neighbors roof that was replaced didn't get the same treatment from their roofing installers. I was allowed to use the dumpster to dispose of anything I no longer needed. The site supervisor even helped me dispose of household items I no longer needed like an hold outdoor grill I no longer used. Don't have a negative comment to make about them. Everyone I dealt with was nice and helpful.
