Sandy, along with her husband Anthony, who has two decades of experience in the construction and chimney industries, manages her own full-time job while dedicating significant effort to Acadian Chimney and Construction, LLC. Michael T.I had Acadian fix four chimney caps at my building. Anthony's work was creative, professionally sound, and high quality; and he went above and beyond in addressing some issues we didn't know about (without increasing the price!). On that note, his quote was very competitive compared to the other quotes I had gathered. Only downside was punctuality and communication. Two times we had Acadian scheduled to come out and no one showed up (and no calls to let me know either). Another time he showed up 1.5 hours later than I was told. Wasn't a huge deal for me since I'm at home all day now, but would have been very annoying for someone who would've had to take off work to be there.
James R.After waiting a month for them to come out, I got a price for repairs. I spent the next 2 months trying to get them to return my calls or emails because he was supposed to send me photos of my chimney. Another month fighting with my insurance company to cover the costs and spending several hundred dollars on impossible to find vintage chimney pots... several more weeks to have them scheduled to come out only to NEVER SHOW UP AND NEVER CONTACT ME AGAIN. How hard is it to take 2 seconds to email your clients? A total waste of several months and several hundred $$$ for someone who cant even manage his clients. CANNOT RECOMMEND
