Not easy to work with; technicians can't take payment at time of service. Roofing report was not professional. Gutter guards we not professionally installed - they did come back and complete the job. Adequate but certainly not to the quality standards of other companies. I do not recommend and I will not work with them again on our roof replacement.

I had a roof repair last May and come to find out Academy did not get to the root of the problem. I spent $625.00 for a about 5 or 6 shingles plus a small bit of flashing. Beware, Academy is about the only company out there that does not offer a repair warranty. Please read the fine print. I have had two other companies come out and stated the problem is not even close to the repairs they made! The problem is under the roof where the gutter meets the area. There is some rotten wood in the corner and that area only needs some screening to protect debris from hiding there and the moisture leaking in . I see why they don't warrant their repairs. The salesman said just give the repair a try and see what happens? Or my other choice was to pay $1495.00 to replace flashing all down a valley; which would have not fixed the true problem. For that matter the repairman did not even see the rotten wood under the eve. Rip offs and was told their roof repairman was the best out there! Well, obviously not because he totally missed the problem !!

Academy roofing was recommended to us. We scheduled a consult, and had them replace the roof on our home. We could not be more pleased. Everyone was professional, and customer satisfaction was their top priority. They did a wonderful job with clean up, and follow up, to make sure everything was up to their standards, and our satisfaction. A roof is serious business, and this is a solid company, providing excellent work.

I had requested over 5 companies that had ""gutter cleaning"" as their service but I somehow did not get any of them to come out and provide a quote or actual service. Thank goodness Bailey answered my call and scheduled a visit right away! My gutters had not been cleaned in a couple of years (I know...!) and desperately needed servicing. I got an immediate response and quote (based on satellite images), and James came out on a Saturday morning with all the necessary equipment (I've had someone come out without a ladder before, so don't make any assumptions!). He did an AMAZING job! He cleaned up all the debris afterwards, and heavy GA rainstorms do not scare me anymore. I will call Academy over and over again based on this experience - they found a loyal customer through excellent service! Definitely the right way to go. THANK YOU, Academy Roofing!

We had storm damage to our roof and I had two other companies come out for an estimate. At the same time we were getting push back from our insurance company. Long story short, I called Academy Roofing, they came out the same day and completed the work within another week. They were professional and so easy to work with. On top of that when they completed the work the owner saw that some of the necessary work had not been included with the estimate from my insurance company so he put together the supplemental estimate for me with the pictures. I will definitely be using them again.

Great company!! Might not be the cheapest but does the best work the right way. Fixed a leak after another company tried 2 times and failed. No more leak!! Highly recommended if you want a job done right!

Academy roofing came out March19,2020 to replace my roof due to damage from the January tornado in Paulding County. They did an Awesome Outstanding job completing the job in 1 day.The Sales Manager, Nathan Crocker came out to assess and inspect the damages. He was extremely friendly knowledgeable, and professional. Nathan took his time to walk the property with my Insurance Adjustor and point out all of the damages that the foreseeable eye could not even see. He is really Experienced and Educated and he, his company and crew is very Qualified and Respected in the business. Honorable mention to Scott, The General Manager who phoned me personally to schedule my appointment for my roof replacement. Nathan and Scott and their crew took care of me and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. A Beautiful NEW Roof! Yessss! Academy Roofing is a very honest, reputable and affordable roofing company. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a roof repaired or replaced. Called for an estimate to replace only 1 ridge cap shingle which came off during a windy storm. Total waste of time. Estimate came back at well over $300 for 1 shingle. We realize that roof is 14 years old and will need replacing soon not that we've had any issues. However, with what Academy wants for a 20 minute job with the cost of 1 shingle, we most definitely will be calling elsewhere. So glad we saw the true colors of this local business. I have found someone reputable to repair our roof for less than half of what Academy wanted to gouge us at and I'm very happy with who we've found. My recommendation is to acquire more than estimate if you chose to call Academy Roofing.
