I had requested over 5 companies that had ""gutter cleaning"" as their service but I somehow did not get any of them to come out and provide a quote or actual service. Thank goodness Bailey answered my call and scheduled a visit right away! My gutters had not been cleaned in a couple of years (I know...!) and desperately needed servicing. I got an immediate response and quote (based on satellite images), and James came out on a Saturday morning with all the necessary equipment (I've had someone come out without a ladder before, so don't make any assumptions!). He did an AMAZING job! He cleaned up all the debris afterwards, and heavy GA rainstorms do not scare me anymore. I will call Academy over and over again based on this experience - they found a loyal customer through excellent service! Definitely the right way to go. THANK YOU, Academy Roofing!

We had storm damage to our roof and I had two other companies come out for an estimate. At the same time we were getting push back from our insurance company. Long story short, I called Academy Roofing, they came out the same day and completed the work within another week. They were professional and so easy to work with. On top of that when they completed the work the owner saw that some of the necessary work had not been included with the estimate from my insurance company so he put together the supplemental estimate for me with the pictures. I will definitely be using them again.

Great company!! Might not be the cheapest but does the best work the right way. Fixed a leak after another company tried 2 times and failed. No more leak!! Highly recommended if you want a job done right!

Academy roofing came out March19,2020 to replace my roof due to damage from the January tornado in Paulding County. They did an Awesome Outstanding job completing the job in 1 day.The Sales Manager, Nathan Crocker came out to assess and inspect the damages. He was extremely friendly knowledgeable, and professional. Nathan took his time to walk the property with my Insurance Adjustor and point out all of the damages that the foreseeable eye could not even see. He is really Experienced and Educated and he, his company and crew is very Qualified and Respected in the business. Honorable mention to Scott, The General Manager who phoned me personally to schedule my appointment for my roof replacement. Nathan and Scott and their crew took care of me and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. A Beautiful NEW Roof! Yessss! Academy Roofing is a very honest, reputable and affordable roofing company. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a roof repaired or replaced. Called for an estimate to replace only 1 ridge cap shingle which came off during a windy storm. Total waste of time. Estimate came back at well over $300 for 1 shingle. We realize that roof is 14 years old and will need replacing soon not that we've had any issues. However, with what Academy wants for a 20 minute job with the cost of 1 shingle, we most definitely will be calling elsewhere. So glad we saw the true colors of this local business. I have found someone reputable to repair our roof for less than half of what Academy wanted to gouge us at and I'm very happy with who we've found. My recommendation is to acquire more than estimate if you chose to call Academy Roofing.

I currently reside in CA and post COVID will be relocating to GA. Prior to moving, I knew I needed a new roof. I found AR on yelp and decided to give them a ring. Best decision ever. Stephen has been very responsive, honest, and supportive during the entire process. He was even able to help me locate local homes in CA which has the same brand shingles for me to compare my color options. They completed the required HOA paperwork for me and filed for the permit with the city. My family lives in GA and with proper coordination, AR has successfully finished the roof (and it looks great). Their customer service, attention to detail, affordability, and quality falls nothing short of perfect and I highly recommend them to you as a potential client.

Heads up, don't use the Chat feature. They just get your information and want to forward you to a call center. I said I just wanted to schedule someone to come out and give me a quote for a full replacement. They replied that someone would call me.

If I wanted to talk on the phone, I would have called them. When I pointed out that a phone call defeated the purpose of the Chat feature, they ended the chat.

If this is how they behave when trying to get my business, I am going to pass.

Update - when they called, I told them that I didn't understand why they had a chat feature that basically took a message, I was rudely told it was a service and not their company. I pointed out it was on their website, so it was their company. At that point he told me I was 'Not an Academy Customer'. He was right, so I said goodbye. RUDE!!!

Academy Roofing just completed installing a new roof due to wind damage on my home. It was a pleasant experience working with Tyler who walked me through all the details including:

1) Choosing a product that would be aesthetically pleasing with my existing house colors.
2) Explaining the product, underlayment, and all the workings of the ridge vents and other features.
3) He spent time as I tried to make a decision and never tried to ""up-sell"" me; no bait and switch tactics, he simply explained the choices and was knowledgeable about the GAF roofing system.
4) He worked within the estimate from the insurance company, my deductible, and scheduled FAST timing of the installation. They were here as promised, on time; the coordinated crew worked all day long and finished in one day and cleaned up the area as if it had never happened!

I'm very happy I made the choice of Academy Roofing, and they saved me money, too!

I called Academy Roofing to look at an ongoing intermittent leak we've been dealing with. We've had several people come out and they never gave a definitive diagnosis. We'd get a lot of ""well... we can't really see where the water is coming in but it looks like..."" or ""It looks like if we just...""

Academy Roofing came in and quickly diagnosed the issue as it not even being a roofing issue. It turned out to be a gutter pitch issue for one leak and a grout issue for the other. They didn't even do any work. They could have made something up to try and get the work like everyone else but they decided to be honest and point out the actual issues.

I've since recommended them to my realtor friends and anyone else I know looking for some roofing work to be done.
