A.C. Seigart Construction & Roofing Company was founded in partnership with Hansen & Cole Development Company in Millbrae, California. For seven years, I focused on constructing new housing developments. When Hansen & Cole relocated to Northern California, I had already begun working with homeowners and commercial properties. My roofing business has consistently thrived. In time, the construction aspect has developed equally well. Today, both divisions are on equal footing. We built three retaining walls, installed soil drainage systems, and erected a three-story structure with scaffolding on one block, in addition to replacing siding, painting, roofing, gutter systems, skylights, and concrete work for a bridge driveway. I take care of city permits and coordinate with inspectors to get projects done right. We are also equipped to handle interior projects. AL S. has been leading this business for 34 years. He kicked off his career with a key contract for 26 homes through Hansen & Cole Development Co. Inc.. He has contributed to numerous commercial, industrial, apartment, and residential projects throughout his career. AL S. has been involved in numerous projects around the San Francisco Bay Area, partnering with Akeena Solar, San Mateo County Transit District, and San Mateo-Foster City School Districts. He has also worked on Head Start Projects funded by State & Federal, and is a State Justice Department Approved Certified Contractor for projects in Elementary and High Schools. His experience includes projects for T&D Properties, Drew's Properties, Spirit Productions, and Malou Productions, to name a few.

Here’s a fun tidbit: I recently finished building a carport in San Bruno, California. While discussing the project with one of the owners, Brian, he shared that he used to be a principal in Daly City. It turns out he was my principal from Kindergarten through Third grade. Isn’t it a small world?
