Matt Wood came out and looked at damage (missing a couple of shingles), quoted a price of $125 in email and then wouldn't return my calls or emails to set up service. Called Absolute directly and they called him and then called back saying they didn't have time for my job. Shows they are not customer-focused at all and I would not recommend them to anyone.

I live in Dallas, TX and experienced a leaky roof during several storms that pounded the Lakewood community in March 2014-May 2014. I called Mr. Guess and Absolute Contracting on Monday morning to repair my leak. Not only did they resolve the problem the same day, the price was very fair and the workers were honest and funny. With today's fly-by-night gypsy Roofing Companies, its hard to find a solid, credible contractor who really stands behind their work. If you were like me, sick of all the roofing companies that infiltrate your neighborhood after a storm, then I highly recommend you take a hard look at Absolute Roofing and Contracting to deliver a top notch roof replacement. I initialially looked at three roofing companies to give me a roof replacement bid. One never showed up, one said my damage wasn't that extensive but I got lucky in getting to work with Absolute Roofing and Contracting. I had the pleasure of working with Chris Perry who walked me through the entire process from start to finish. Its bad enough trying to navigate your homeowners insurance policy on your own, but Chris was really helpful in getting me an accurate insurance estimate and ultimately a proper settlement.

They started on my roof very early on a Thursday morning and it was completed by the time the sun went down. His crew, led by Leo Telles, was very professional, clean and considerate. They worked very hard all day to produce a awesome looking roof that is the current envy of all my neighbors. I looked hard the next day in all my landscaping to find anything leftover by them and to my amazement it was all gone. I don't advise you be home during the process because the noise can be overwhelming at times but that is to be expected. Chris is the type of guy you can trust with a handshake to get the job done right the first time. A couple of my neighbors used the other guys who were low balling their price but I remembered something my grandfather used to say "" Price is what you pay, value is what you get""! I would not hesitate to recommend Absolute Roofing and Contracting to anyone looking for a roofing contractor who is head and shoulders above anyone else. They are an awesome value! In an industry tainted by charlatans who take pleasure in defrauding unsuspecting homeowners, they were a breath of fresh air.
