I live in the City of Naples and needed someone to give me some advice on roofing work, so I called Absolute Roofing. Brad Herrera was the salesperson who came out to meet me... I have been in the construction business for almost 30 years and, as such, I am very familiar with dealing with contractor firms, foreman, workers and everyone you would typically interact with in that line of business. We all know that, although there are some great people out there, it is not often that you find someone who you can truly trust. Brad, thankfully, was absolutely outstanding. He, in conversation, told me that he has been in the business his whole life, which became evident. He clearly knows his craft, was able to give me exact details on what I needed, and more importantly for me he was very open, honest and matter-of-fact with regard to what I did not need! Selecting a roofing contractor in Florida can be a difficult endeavor, so I thought I would take a second to articulate how happy I was having the opportunity to work with a pro like Brad.

We observed pre-Irma several roofing firms crews put on new roofs in our older house neighborhood including Absolute. There was no comparison, Absolute was far more efficient. Our roof was put on after Irma and once materials were received and the Absolute Roofing team of workers was superb with take off, underlayment and tile installation!

Absolute Roofing is one of the best companies I have ever contracted with. They put a new roof on our home 3 years ago and did a fabulous job. Then Irma hit Naples. I called needing their help with the damage to our home. They were here the next day (today) the guys walked our entire roof, found 6 tiles that needed to be replaced, cleaned off all the pine needles and miscellaneous debris and then cleaned up the area around our home.
I asked if they could go over to a neighbor that had some loose tiles. I explained that she had lost her husband 2 weeks before the hurricane happened and simply couldn't have one more thing on her plate. They graciously crawled on her roof, walked around tested tiles found 3 loose tiles and reattached them for her at n/c because they could and wanted to help.
The kindness and professionalism of Absolute Roofing of SW Florida is simply the best. I can't say enough good things about them.
