Very thankful for Ken's coming out on short notice to provide estimate damage from storm day before. Initially was just for a quote, but he offered to tarp the damaged section. Wife was in hospital and I needed to be there but storms were rolling in. It wasn't a large area and the quote was extremely fair. Ended up he fixed it same day for us. A week and several downpours later the roof stroll not leaking. Hopefully I don't need a new roof soon, but when I do am definitely calling Absolute!

The team at Absolute Roof were very responsive, and Ken talked us through every step of the process to let us know exactly what to expect. The inspection was thorough yet fairly quick due to use of drones. When we had to speak or meet in person, the staff wore masks to keep everyone safe. They also filed our insurance claim for us to make it easier. The work itself is beautiful, and the team cleaned up the old materials very well. The removal of our old roof and installation of the new roof only took one day, and they paid close attention to details, such as separate smaller roof sections over the bay windows and back deck. We are incredibly satisfied with all steps of the process, as well as the finished product. We highly recommend Absolute Roof!
