The new roof on my Richardson TX home they installed had every attention to detail completed on the day they promised and in the time frame they promised, they even reroofed by dog house so the shingles would match. These roofing experts really know their stuff. Matt gave me several options on ventilation and helped me select the right synthetic felt and Certainteed shingles to make my house look awesome. They have instructional videos on Facebook to teach you what you want protecting your house

First off, the guy completely ignores the no solicitation sign on the front of my yard. Then he tells my wife, after already telling him she's not interested and it's not needed, that he'll be the inspector on our house at some point and will require that we get our roof repaired! Isn't that a conflict of interest?

If possible I would give a ZERO star... BEWARE!!!.. After having an inspection, I found out the guy (Mike) did not even do the repairs that he claimed to have done. Then he went back to my insurance for more money for a job he was already over paid for. On top of that, he wanted me to pay him money for work he did not do. CROOKED!!!! I will definitely be filing a complaint with the roofing organizations and BBB.

With all the hail storms that came through this year (2016) my roof had to be completely replaced. A friend of mine had his replaced with Erik and Absolute Construction, so I called him and from the start he was extremely helpful, thorough and knowledgeable about everything. We've all heard the horror stories about roofers but Erik and Absolute are different and the only company I will recommend to anyone and everyone I know.
