We just had our roof replaced by Absolute Roofing. Rick Derouaux was great to work with and provided a detailed quote and answered all our questions and offered suggestions. His crew did a great job and worked to ensure that the roof was completed on schedule, despite the roof needing additional attention. Although Ruben, the crew lead, was a bit on the salty side, but he delivered on everything as promised. Rick stayed in touch throughout the process and was always available.

Once date was set they showed up on time ready to work.
Tear down went smoothly. Staff was friendly, they cleaned up daily. Staff putting on roof did a great job also.
Problem we had was with communication with salesman and project manager. We were charged more than quoted. They ended up splitting the difference. They also had to replace facia board in the front of our house . They took down 2 x 10 and replaced with 2 x 8 and said they told us that and they did not say they were replacing it with smaller size. When project was done and city came to approve we noticed they put the vent we wanted on our garage on roof and wanted us to pay 75.00 more to fix their mistake (which was on the paper work we signed). They would not budge on this stating they already gave us a discount on the over price for the wood. The roof looks good.
I would just get everything in writing even the wood needed and sizes along with cost. As they just tell you what is needed and then when it doesn't match what was told.
With all said and down roof looks good.

I was given Rick's, with Absolut Roofing, contact information. I called and within days he was on my roof giving a decent price quote. We set up a start date and he took care of the rest. Rick contacted us and said he was able to squeeze us in earlier than expected which worked out perfect. It was really neat to watch how choreographed the process was. From the time the team arrived to start taking off old roof to the clean up to the supplies being delivered even the inspector was all timed perfectly. New roof went on so fast as well. Absolut Roofing and their crew just finished re-roofing my two story home, and I couldn't be more pleased! From the initial consultation and Estimate by Rick to the final cleanup, they were professional, communicative, and incredibly skilled. Jesus met with the City Inspector to get the job going and the crew always arrived on time and worked efficiently. The crew also applied an extra Silicone protective coating on the flat part to extend the life and also keep it Cooler in the hot summer months.

No communication whatsoever - flaky! As a referral, I called this roofer last week to set up an appointment to quote on two roof leaks at my home. I spoke to Jesus and he told me he would come by this week on Tuesday afternoon around 3:30/4:00 PM and to text him my address, so I did. I called him back Tuesday morning to confirm our appointment, but no response so I left a message. I texted him as well, but no response. I called again that afternoon, but no response. It's now Friday and still no response. I hired someone else to do the job who is reliable. I would not use any company for repairs that does not even have the courtesy to call or text back. Very flaky operation. I will be letting the company know who referred me to this roofer.

I was very satisfied with the quality job they did on our roof and at a fair price. As far as materials go, they offered many different companies and colors to choose from. Once we nailed down a start date (rainy season) the roof was literally torn off and replaced in three days, while cleaning up all mess that was made. I would recommend this company.

TIP: Read your contact closely for they will have a detailed list of possible costs for any unforeseen damage. Luckily we knew what needed to be done and my husband could do the work beforehand which saved lots of money.
