I agree with who wrote the same kind of review. I'm about to write they do horrible work. They don't do what they say. They will threaten legal action on you the second that they leave. He did agree to absorb the deductible and now threatening legal action on me because he's changed his mind. My girlfriend got a hole in her foot because the nail went through her shoe in through to her foot, I got two flat tires. They left everywhere everywhere extremely unprofessional. The guy is a charlatan bagger. He is horrible. I mean to the extent of I don't see can face him own his own self every day. He's horrible. After reading all the bad reviews I've read about this guy run run run. Do not use this guy. I should've never ever used it. It was a salesman that I liked the owner. Now he's nothing but a loudmouth person that goes against his word I do not ever recommend this company not for any kind of anything. I've heard horrible things from other people. He is a shyster.

I unfortunately as well had a bad and highly unprofessional experience with this roofing company. They are threatening my family to legal action and Fort Worth police department because they dropped the ball! At first my wife filed a claim with the insurance company and was denied to get the roof fix. She handled everything. No company was ever involved. She did the work herself. Three months later we let ABP construction come in and they offered to help since my neighbors used them. We were excited but also reserved because my neighbors warned us they weren't performing what they promised on and to be cautious of them. We went ahead and asked Luke to do a free inspection. He guaranteed that with an appraisal he could get our roof claim approved. He also claimed that they would absorb our deductible and no out of pocket costs for us. Months pass and finally we hear it was still denied. Then they told us that an umpire could get involved and we would win the claim. Needless to say 8 months later it was still denied and they had the nerve to invoice us a cancellation fee when we never cancelled nor did we send in a cancellation document. They never fulfilled their portion and I paid out my own pocket to get repairs done. My wife reached out multiple times to Luke and sometimes would go weeks almost a month without a response. Very unprofessional and we moved on! This is a dishonest company that preys on the vulnerable. They did put a tarp up but no actual repairs were done. They can come get their tarp. I am saddened as I am a disabled veteran who was taken advantage of and my wife has kept all communication to show we are not liable. The insurance company has yet to pay out damages and we are so tired 8 months later . To use intimidation and threaten lawsuits is unnerving and I want people to beware and do there thorough research on a company before you use them.

We had hail damage and wind damage to our roof. We were in need of a new roof desperately and this young man was amazing. Can't say enough of how smoothly this went from start to finish. They were very tidy as they went along and did a fantastic job. We would definitely recommend this company to family and friends. They cleaned up nicely when they were finished. Yes these guys are a well put together team. We are glad we used them to do our roof. They worked with our insurance good. This was a very good experience for us all the way around. If your looking for a new roof let this company do it for you. They will definitely make your life much easier and clean up when done.

ABP Construction replaced my roof a month ago and shingles are sliding off my roof. The owner Eric called me back and was angry at me?! Ridiculous. He was extremely rude. Also, he never took down the gutters when he replaced the roof and now they're bent. PLUS he has been showing up to my home, calling me the wrong name and then demanding more money for things that he never replaced. I would steer clear the owner seems very confused and paranoid. Maybe he needs money fast I do not know.

I highly recommend ABP Construction for your home projects. Our neighbor used this company for their roof replacement and highly recommended ABP Construction to us.
We called and Eric responded quickly. Eric is friendly, professional, very knowledgeable, reliable and trustworthy.
I can't stress how important it is to have a company that we can trust to always do the right thing for their customers and Eric went above and beyond.
Eric made sure the process was seamless, which made it less stressful for us.
We loved the service that Eric provided that we also used his company for our indoor water damage project.
He did not let us down, Thank You Eric!

We knew we needed a new roof and this guy Eric at ABP construction comes highly recommended. We called him up and set up an appointment for our roof to be replaced. He was friendly and knowledgeable and took care of everything from start to finish.

Customer service is very important to us and we were pretty rude to be honest at first. We don't like sales people and honestly thought we would go with someone in else that does roofing in our neighborhood.

The first guy we called first was more concerned with making a sale and up-selling us than he was trying to figure out what we wanted or even what was wrong with our roof in the first place.

It has been so hot upstairs this summer and Eric recommenced we install radiant barrier. He was so nice and even gave it to us at his cost sense we got the roof redone as well with all the hail we have had. We will only use Eric in the future and we hope to see his companies signs more in The TrailS. His number is 469-401-1513 and responds quickly.

Now our upstairs is nice and cool and noticeably cooler. Thank god for people that actually care.
