Delia C.Above Roofing installed a metal roof on my home in 2015 with a 10 yr craftmandship warranty. I had no issues getting them to do the work, even paid them extra money to complete the roof due to Incorrect estimate given. I had a leak shortly after installation. It took some time and a written request for them to send someone. I have had several leaks since. They have come out once more and were suppose to get back to me on what needed to be done. I have tried calling for the past 2 months with no answer. My son called from a different number and was able to talk to Mr Salinas. He was suppose to get back to us on the weekend. They are very nice and polite, but do not keep their word or answer or return calls. All I need is for them to come and inspect the leaks, fix it if under warranty and if not I can get someone else. I just don't want to waive the warranty by having someone else do the repairs. There is a pic of my house on his company's website when he was initially contracted. I do not recommend, poor response.
