This is false. Building inspector never signed off on the roof. They did refund me 3800 for the repair of the low quality facia board they insisted on using. Would not recommend them.

My home's original roof (35 years) and had been repaired in spots by other companies a few times with limited success. I was moved to action by a serious leak, in our second-floor bonus room, caused by the heavy rain and high winds we have had over the winter.
I found several positive reviews online for Above it All Roofing and gave them a call. I received reply from David, their Customer Service Manager, the same day. He set an appointment to visit my house to inspect the roof and provide a quote. He inspected the Fascia boards, Soffit and Eaves looking for weather damage and wood rot. The hidden wood rot was considerable even though I paint my house when needed. I was appreciative he found it. Dave gave me a fair quote and because of his explanation of the issues and his honesty, I hired Above it All Roofing that same day.
The repairs commenced within a week. The skilled four-man crew who did the job were very diligent workers and the only break they took was for lunch. They always were on time every day. I was impressed by their dedication and knowledge.
Above it All Roofing deserves my highest recommendation for the very complete, quality job. I was impressed by:
· Inspection of all roof wood underlayment and the replacement of any questionable panels.
· Their use of two layers of felt and tar underlayment waterproof sheeting designed to insure a dry roof.
· Repair of all wood rot on the roof, rafter tails, and eaves.
· Saved me money by reusing the existing concrete roofing tiles and replaced all the cracked ones. Pressure washed the entire roof when finished to make the roof look like brand new.
· A warranty was included for the roofing work which gave me peace of mind.
I am extremely pleased with my new roof and strongly recommend Above it All Roofing, Inc.
They are all about quality of materials and workmanship.

We are very impressed with Above All Roofing. They have great Customer Service and called is back in a timely manner. In fact they are the only Roofing company that had the courtesy to call us back. We asked lots of questions and they patiently answered every one. This company is extremely knowledgeable. We need repair for our older tar flat roof. Above All Roofing kindly let us know they do not specialize in this type of roof, however, they gave us good recommendations for other places to contact. Above All Roofing is an excellent company. We had David and his team re-set the tile roof on our rented property in Irvine while we were living in the Bay Area. We just moved back in to this house after a long hiatus, and are going through the laundry list of things that need fixing. We noticed a few broken tiles on our roof, and a tile that had become dislodged, so we reached out to David for help.

In less than a week, his team came here and fixed the broken tiles free of charge! David provided excellent service and we really appreciate the long-term support and commitment that he provides to his customers. I'd happily recommend Above It All Roofing to neighbors and friends.

We had been thinking about replacing our roof for a very long time. Dave Brunn gave us a quote before COVID and then came back to renew the quote. We decided to accept his bid (out of 4 others). He was very patient with us and took a lot of time to explain the process, costs, etc., so we trusted him. His crew showed up and worked hard for about a week - since our roof is large and steep pitch. They cleaned up each day and made sure the areas around the house were free of nails and debris so that my kids wouldn't get hurt. All in all, I can't thank Dave enough and we are very happy with our new roof!

This is the first review I have ever submitted, but I am making an exception because it pleases me to report our experience. My wife and I recently moved to the Shady Canyon area of Irvine from another county in Southern California. The first major thing we knew we had to undertake was the replacement of the entire clay tile roof. Without the benefit of our previous list of trusted vendors accumulated over 30 years, we were faced with hiring someone we didn't know; a fairly sizeable risk considering the size and cost of the project. Naturally, we turned to the web as a starting point. Among the roofing companies we found listed was one whose reviews were almost too good to be true; Above It All Roofing. We are experienced in real estate matters and, by nature, cautious people who subscribe to the principle that if something sounds too good to be true, it probably is. So, we performed our due diligence including, among other things, verification of license, an absence of litigation, and an interview with a prior customer. The feedback was all positive. Additionally, we were willing to give the company the benefit of any further doubt because the owner previously served in the U.S. military. So, we took a chance. And, we're very glad we did. The company's sales rep and job supervisor, David Brunn, showed up promptly after my initial inquiry and he had solid answers to my questions and concerns. Thereafter, he and his crew performed exactly as he promised, taking care with the details of the installation and leaving the job in such a condition that you'd never know they had been here. We can now start to accumulate a new list of reliable vendors starting with this company.

We used Above It All Roofing to replace a number of broken tiles and power wash the entire roof. They did a great job, and we worked with Martin who was a pleasure and very committed to his job. He followed-up to make sure the job was just right and that everything was complete to our satisfsction. Unfortunately, many contractors don't work that way. I would highly recommend Above It All!
