I made an appointment with Socorro Diaz. He never showed up and when I called him to follow up he had no idea who I was. I told him I will find someone else. Don't let him waste your time!

I made appointments with 3 of my tenants so that Vince could see where 3 of my apartments had leaks coming from the roof. He spent time on the roof, had some suggestions, and said he would have a proposal to me the first of the week. It has now been over 3 weeks and I have called him 3 times asking him to at least give me a courtesy call if he does not want to work on my roof since I hate to switch to someone else and disturb my tenants again.

Time to give up on this person. I really thought I had found a winner but it ended up being a looser.

I was in need of having some roof tiles replaced, and was referred to Above & Beyond Roofing by a neighbor. I had gotten 2 estimates prior to calling Above & Beyond. Vince came out to inspect the roof and measure. He was punctual, professional, knowledgeable, and the bid was competitive.

On work day, his team arrived on time, were professional, and very conscious of clean up.

A week or so later, I had inspected the roofing job and had some concerns. Vince was attentive and very fair. He promtly sent his team back out to house to take care of the work. I am very satisfied with the work that has been done, and highly recommend Above & Beyond Roofing.

We had to redo the half-ass roofing job that had been done on a house in Palm Springs that we bought six months ago. We had tried a couple of other roofers to do repair work, but none of them was satisfactory.

Vince from AB Roofing Systems was great to deal with; very professional, honest, dedicated. He did an assessment of our roof and gave us several options for repair/replacement of the roofing. We felt he was not trying to push us to spend the most money, and he and his crew were very thorough and conscientious. They performed the work as promised, although it took a couple of days longer than planned because of adverse weather conditions, which we understood. they offer a 10 year warrantee on the roof. He needs to do one more thing for the project, so he insisted we hold back a little bit of the final payment until that work is done.

Very professional service in an industry beset by mediocrity.

From the outset, we were pleased with Vince's presentation, attitude, professionalism, sense of humor, and the way he treats his workers with respect and equality.

The entire project was handled with great concern for our schedule and the cleanliness of our home and yard. They went out of their way to keep us informed and up to date on those unexpected changes that occur on any job. We are also pleased with the way they interfaced with the solar module installers from Renova Energy who were ""sharing the space"" with him and his crew on our roof.
