I hired Above & Beyond to paint crown molding throughout my house. Three days into the job, they claimed they had used up a quart of ""touch up"" paint because they got white paint on my walls. I was not home so they tried matching the paint. I was never consulted and if asked, I could have gotten more of my paint. Instead, they painted TWO rooms near the crown molding and of course the paint didn't match. When I arrived home, I had no choice but to agree to them painting the TWO rooms they had ruined. $600 later, I'm told by a contractor that they never should have needed a quart of touch up paint to begin with. I asked Travis, the ""manager"" why they put it on two different rooms and he claimed that they didn't know until the paint dried that it did not match. I spoke with Joey,one of the owners and Travis and was treated like I didn't know what I was talking about. My next phone call was to the Florida Attorney General to report fraud. Stay tuned.

This was my first time using them, and they exceeded my already sky high expectations. You can tell that these people genuinely care about their customers, and that they take pride in their work.
