Able roofing just completed my roof and did a great job. They have a great crew and did a great job on the installation at a great price. They are busy and well worth the wait for them to do your roof.

We hired Able Roofing to reroof our house in 2014. We met with Able and specified what type of material we wanted and also what color we wanted. He and his crew were to complete the job while we were at our summer home. Prior to our return we paid Able but soon discovered a roof vent was not replaced and a summer rain had come through the opening and made a huge mess in the water heater storage area. Once we got home we found out that the roof was not the color we selected, the overhang had nails protruding from it, the paint on the overhang was fractured and there were nails everywhere. We of course contacted Able and he claimed ignorance of the color choice and offered no remediation for the damage done to the overhang. Able was recommended by friends and they seem to like him. I would never use his company for anything.

Choosing a contractor to work on your home is always a difficult situation.

Fortunately we had a referral to contact Abel Avila, and I am glad that we did. Everyone on his crew was wonderful. They finished the job before they promised, and although I had been prepared for an extra few hundred $$ on the final bill due to unexpected complications, they didn't charge anything more than the initial quote.
