These guys go above and beyond for customer satisfaction!!! Very professional, courteous and informative. I asked several questions while they were putting the roof on and the foreman politely answered every one. Would 100% recommend them to anyone I know. Very meticulous when cleaning up also.

front office is locked. don't answer phone calls. very rude to vendors. customer service can't be juch better. standoffish and mean before I even introduced myself.

I had Ables roofing put a new roof on our house three years ago and the roof has leaked ever since. Joe the owner would come out and patch here and there but suddenly quit taking our calls. Our roof leaks more now than it did with the old roof. Everytime it rains we have to worry about leaks. We are getting all our ducks lined up for litigation and if you want to sleep with an umbrella go to Ables. Buyer beware.

Able Roofing just finished my roof in a day and a half. This company was great. Good communication and very accommodating to my needs. They make sure the customer is happy and will work with you on whatever you need. Mr Joe the owner makes sure everything is done right and his son Danny is his right hand man. The crew was very professional and worked very hard. I was impressed that they came back and power washed some small stains they had gotten on my driveway.

I have a small double-wide mobile home, and was friends with the owner's son. He came out and gave me a bid for a new roof WITH a windstorm certificate; I accepted. He advised it would be a one-day job. They showed up as scheduled, but at the end of the day told me there were honey bees in the eave so the one small section he would come back and finish. He then SEALED the bees into the eave. I spent the next two days getting honey bees out of my home. They never came back. We called EVERY day and NOBODY would return my calls, and I even made a trip to their office to try and remedy the situation. We even had the bees professionally removed, but still couldn't get them to finish the job. FINALLY, on the THIRD month of this mess, the owner came out and finished the roof---only AFTER I contacted the BBB and filed a complaint. And then they advise me they CAN'T provide me with a windstorm certificate???

Extremely slow work
Poor judgement (sealing the bees into the eave)
Terrible management response to complaints
Misrepresentation of services provided for the fee charged (it was handwritten on my estimate that the amount I was paying would include a windstorm certificate, which apparently they KNEW they could not provide.)
ZERO follow-up

If you are going to shell out your hard-earned money to a company for a quality roof, DON'T shell it out to Able Roofing. Save yourself the headache.
