Ability Roofing installed a 25-yr roof on my home in Jacksonville in 2003. After only 7 years, the roof is in terrible condition. Another roofer described it as ""a 7-year-old roof that looks like a 20-year-old roof"". I contacted Ability Roofing 3 times before receiving a return phone call. They refused to do any repairs or honor the 25-year manufacturer's guarantee. After notifying them that I would be contacting the Better Business Bureau, I received a rude phone call from the owner. I will never use Ability Roofing again, and I would not recommend their services to any consumers.
