We have replaced our roof, windows, and did a full electrical rewiring with ABI. When we needed to put a pause on the project towards the end of the year they obliged without complaint, even though it meant a delay in completion and therefore payment. The project management were professional and helpful, and the construction teams did a decent job of cleaning the site. The general manager, David, kept in constant contact and was always willing to help when questions arose. We will definitely be using them on future projects.

my wife and I had a meeting with Daniel Kohanzad and Brian Tizabgar to get an estimate on replacing our roof. These two gentlemen showed up on time, were respectful of our property, friendly and treated my wife with dignity and as if we were part of their family.

I am a retired Los Angeles Deputy Sheriff and during the 1990's as a department, we did not have the best reputation with how we delt with the public. I was chosen to teach over 1,000 deputies ""Customer Service"" during that time because of my background. Due to this, I have always respected personnel who exhibits great customer service and have a knowledge in what it takes to create good relations with the public. That being said, both Mr. Kohanzad and Mr. Tizabgar were friendly, kind, yet professional. They gave us a few options to choose from in re-roofing our house, explained in a simplistic manor as to not make the presentation to complicated, and treated us as if we were family and assured us that the company you represent would always take care of us in our construction needs and any future projects like electrical that we might need in the future. They assured us that your company has been around for awhile and was not a fly by night company and would be in business for a long time. In the past we have been burnt by a company having construction done and three years later only to find out they are no longer in business and our ""20 year guarantee"" was no longer valid.

Due to Mr. Kohanzad and Tizabgar EXEMPLARY CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILL'S, I feel they both deserve some sort of recognition or a incentive for a job well done.

To sum it up, these two gentleman exhibited, Exemplary Customer Service skills, were friendly, kind, professional, respected our property, gave us options without any pressure sales pitch and made us feel like family.

I usually am not the one to post reviews but OMG these contractors were spectacular. I had the pleasure of meeting with Daniel the commercial representative of the company. They went around my home and did a full on spot check. They got on top of my roof which 4 other contractors didn't and tried to use a drone they said. They said my roof was very old and that it was going to cost me. After meeting these gentleman I didn't call that guy back as he was charging too much and I didn't like how he treated me. These boys even checked my attic. Daniel went all the way in and checked it all for me to make sure I was okay. Daniel and Brian were fantastic as they explained everything to me thoroughly and they are very knowledge and patient with everything. They even explained everything back to my grandson because I wanted to make sure. I highly recommend Daniel and Brian as your next contractors. #1

OVER PRICED! Responded to a mailer sent by ABBI construction. Two salesman came to my house, They never went on the roof just peaked through the attic crawlspace but did not go into the attic. They wanted to charge me $40,000 for a $20,000 job. The person who would be in charge was not there and did not show up. Would never use them.

Daniel and Brian came to my home to give me a quote on a new roof. These gentlemen were very professional and zero pressure, which meant a lot to me as a single mom. They were very thorough and took their time to explain everything that would come with the 3 different packages the company had to offer. They were very patient with me and all of my questions. I was also given the opportunity to look at different roofing samples and to see and touch the difference between tar paper and synthetic woven fiberglass. I almost feel like a professional now! Lol... These two were just extremely genuine individuals and were pet and kid friendly too! It was a great experience. They recently did our roof and the salesman could sell water to a dry country. The work crew did a fantastic job! We had a few issues the city wouldn't approve, but the problem was fixed fast! Price was comparable to other quotes & quality of material was the best.
