I called ABI to get a quote on exterior painting. When Houman arrived to do the estimate, I asked about quoting the windows instead since they were old single-panes and drafty. Without issues, he proceeded to count and measure the windows. He did a quick demo of the features the windows will have using a small sample window. The next day, Sam called and scheduled a 2nd measurement of the windows. Once the windows were received, Sam scheduled the installation to fit my schedule. Installation day came and the guys unloaded the windows, covered nearby furniture and floors. They quickly removed the old windows and installed the new windows. It only took a day for 3 guys to do 11 windows (4 on the 1st floor, 7 on the 2nd floor) without sacrificing quality.

The windows themselves are great. They are Simonton Madeira grid-less double-pane, double-slider windows, with slight tint. Traffic noise is no longer noticeable and the temperature is consistent. The sliding action is smooth and light. They also look great.

We were on need of a roof repair and we spoke with Levi from ABI. He was the project manager and was very personable. The price was on the high side but included a a radiant heat barrier and special valley protection. The material was from Owens Corning, a well know and reputable company. The job was scheduled quickly and installed quickly and professionally.
There were some issues however. The wrong color material was delivered but resolved by the next day. I noticed they were putting on the shingles without the radiant heat barrier and asked them to stop until I contacted Levi. They waited until they heard from Levi. Apparently they didn't order enough material and per the installers routinely only put it on the sunny sides of the roof. I was told it would be on all living areas of the house. They also forgot to install the special valley barrier as well untill I contacted Levi. These issues were resolved but would have gone unnoticed by most homeowners. The worst item was discovered after the first rain. Flashing had been removed and not replaced over my patio cover causing water to leak into the ceiling fan.
Overall they were good but these issues were too big to rate them higher especially when paying premium price.

A new roof was on our long list of things to do in our new home. When ABI stopped by and asked about our roof we were so surprised how fast the process started. They inspected the next day, sat down with us for hours explaining the process & what we would be paying for.

It's a lot of money to invest in but the fact that they sat down to go over every detail with us made the decision an easy one. They provide daily support & updates. Also, referrals & pictures of previous homes.

The project was done within days! The communication & updates they gave along the way was so reassuring. It looks so much better than we imagined! There was some debris of materials left in the yard, which can be expected. Nothing that creates an issue or irritation. We selected the black shingles. It wasn't as dark as I would have liked but it still looks amazing!

Overall, I would recommend 100 times over to anyone who is considering doing such a big home project. We are so happy with the entire process of ABI Construction.

They came to my door offering their services because they noticed my roof was in bad conditions . Great choice to have fixed my roof . Happy with my results and always communicated with me and kept me updated to anything that was going on . Communication was a plus for me .

My parents got the number for ABI after seeing their sign in front of one of our neighbors houses and we are so glad that we called them. The roof came out beautifully (we chose Forest Brown). Our project manager recommended the thermal barrier as our insulation is quite old and we can already feel the difference with the energy upgraded material! We were also given a bunch of references in the area. These guys have a great reputation and I would definitely recommend them if you're looking for a quality job. I was completely impressed!!

I was referred to ABI by a neighbor of mine and I knew that I was looking for was a small project yet very custom so I was a bit nervous of how the turnout will be.

They installed a French door with opening sidelights for doggy door access.

The crew was really easy to work with and Houman did a great job managing the project. They were able to accommodate my crazy work schedule as a registered nurse. Throughout the install, masks were worn the entire time and they got the job done in just one day!

I'd highly recommend these guys for any custom window/door project! Hope to use their service again soon.

These guys did a great job installing my roof. Communication and management were good. The warranty took longer than expected but I did receive it from owens corning.

Great quality and workmanship. All were wearing masks too. Did finish within 3 days and started just a couple of days from signing on for a new roof; they had to remove two old roofs too. It looks fantastic and the guarantee is welcome too. And the project manager Houman was great as well.

After meeting with a few different companies my husband and I decided to go with ABI construction for a roof. The project manager, Eli, was very thorough in explaining the products and had the best customer service. I was always able to reach Eli or Sam in the office when I had questions. The crew working on the roof was very nice and they even finished the roof sooner than expected. I was pleasantly surprised by how much they cleaned up after finishing the roof. Additionally, everyone made me feel comfortable considering COVID. Everyone wore a mask and kept their distance. Overall, we are very happy with how my roof turned out and ABI construction made this an easy going process. I highly recommend going with them for a roof.

As a contractor myself, I never give 5 stars but these guys came as close as possible to a flawless project. The project manager who came by initially for the estimate did a very thorough job inspecting my roof from above and beneath.

After moving forward with ABI, these scheduling department was in excellent communication with me about start dates, city inspections, material delivery, and final walk around.

The cleanup was great. I still found a few prices of debris here and there but that's to be expected. After all, it is a roofing job.

I got the warranty in the mail with my name in title which compelled the process. Overall, these guys were absolutely great. From the quality of work to the communication and professionalism. I would recommend them to anyone who would inquire.
