Abella's Roofing Company is the best. I got Eddie's information here, on nextdoor, exceeded my expectations. I called him Tuesday (1/17/23) about some cracked tiles on my second story roof and left a voice message. He called me back that evening saying he'll stop by Wednesday morning (1/18/23) to take a look because he would be in Anatolia that morning. He looked at my roof and informed me that my roof was in great condition, he was concerned about two of the broken tiles and recommended replacing them and caulking the cracked tiles. He came by today, Thursday (1/19/23) at 4pm to do the work! He and his worker were awesome. He was respectful, honest and showed me before and after pictures. I would highly recommend him.

Eddie and all his workers are fabulous. Over the weekend with the storm he answered my text right away and was able to send 2 guys over to my house today to fix leak in our roof. Will definitely be telling anyone who needs a roofer about this company. Thank you Eddie for the fast response.

I call ED for a quote to repair my leaky roof. he was prompt returning my call. we then schedule a review on the roof the next day. He quickly made an assessment for the job, plus provided a fair quote. He came out the next day and quickly repair several spots on the Roof. I was amazed with his professionalism, knowledge with his craft, honest and courteous. I would highly recommend him for all my roofing needs.

I discovered a leak in my garage and called 7 different roofing companies off yelp and Ed with Abella's was referred from my neighbor and was the only one that made time to come out and give me an estimate. All the other companies were booked, cancelled or didn't do roof repairs only replacements.
Ed is a family business of 25yrs and his experience led him to carefully explaining of where the leak was coming from (valley in the roof) and suggested of improvements to make it more waterproof (using rubber matting over fabric) were spot on and affordable. He called me saying he could fit me in even earlier than expected. He communicated with me on their time of arrival the day of and him, his dad and son all showed up on time.
Ed confirmed the where leak was (valley of the roof lines) and said my shingles were in great shape, so he was able to reuse them and mix them in with the new. Ed showed me everything he did once they were done and went above and beyond in painting the new wood with primer and cleaning up EVERYTHING. I greatly appreciate their family owned business and would recommend them to anyone looking for a timely, expert and affordable roof work!

I was referred to Abella's roofing from a coworker who was referred to him by a friend of hers. Both said he did a a great job and had no more leaks in their roofs. I called him and he came to diagnose my leaking roof immediately. He then fit me into his schedule since he knew the rain was coming that week. He called after the rain came to make sure my roof wasn't leaking, and it wasn't. He did great work and was very reasonable with his rates. He runs a family business which I appreciate. Ed was recommended to my by one of my father's friends, and the experience was amazing. He came out on the Friday to do an assessment and quote, and did the work the following Monday.

Friday when he came out, he came out and assessed not just the area in question, but the whole roof for me, and was able to find some other areas of concern as well as show me the pictures of the damages. He went in detail on what what was wrong and what needed to be done to resolve the issues, as well was able to give me a quote.

On Monday he came out and started doing the work, but as he got started, there was more that needed to be done than what was originally planned. He came down and explained what he saw, as well as showed me pictures of the further damage that was there outside of the initial he saw. All in all, it was pretty much a third of the roof that needed to be done, but between him and his father, they were able to get the job done within the days span.

Eddie Abella came out to review the work and provide a 'free' estimate. I was working from home on a conference call when Eddie arrived. I showed Eddie the location of the repair and told him I was on a call. It took him less than 5 minutes to review the repair. Eddie began to explain I have a bigger problem. There was dry rot in the siding of the second story. He wanted to verbally explain the 'bigger' problem and offered $1500 quote. I was still on a call and didn't have time for a verbal description of the work. I asked Eddie to send me an estimate in writing. One to repair the leak and another for the dry rot. A few minutes after Eddie left, I received the following text.

'Hey Pete I have decided I am not interested in the repair so I will not be sending an estimate you have a bigger problem than you may realize Was willing to explain it to you in detail in person but you were pretty preoccupied Good luck'

Poor customer service. Here's another text from Eddie.

'Yes verbal explanation is very important I thought that was the reason why I was meeting With you Of coarse a written estimate is important also never will I do business without writing it on paper my decision was based off of your Lack of attention'

I hired someone else for this roof repair.
