Larry Williams with ABC Waterproofing came out and looked at my roof.
He provided options that would all fix my problems. it was nice to have the choice of how I want my roof done.
comparatively he wasn't the highest and he wasn't the lowest. the value was all there. happy workers, happy jobsite! Thank you Larry and all the workers at ABC waterproofing, that repaired my home. I can rest easy now knowing I won't have to constantly worry when it's going to rain.

Larry came highly recommended from a family friend so I was hopeful. After several last minute scheduling snafus, my radar was up, but with the rain this year and unpredictable weather, I mostly wrote it off. That said, a little more notice would have been great as many texts trying to confirm the start time of the job went unanswered. Larry is pretty poor when it comes to communication. I say this after SEVERAL attempts to reach him before the job and even more after the job in an attempt to get a materials list and receipt form y insurance company. He answered none of them.
That said, his team finally came and did the job, seemingly quickly and I hoped, well. However, upon the next storm that hit, water pooled in the area of the roof his team had supposedly fixed. I reached out to Larry again, several times via email and phone. He continued to ghost me.

All to say, scheduling with him was a nightmare. And once he got his check, he refused to answer any calls or emails or stand by the quality of his work. I know will have to find someone else to fix the job his company failed to do well.
Bad quality, bad communication, bad value. Pretty disappointing.

Less than 3 year ago I had Larry Williams come out and reroof the composition shingles and flat roof coating. He signed a proposal which guaranteed the shingles for 10 years and the flat roof coating for 3 years. after our hard rain storm this winter, the flat roof coating leaked along a main beam in the bedroom. He came out saw the damage to the walls and the beam. He said he would get back to me with an estimate for the repairs. Weeks went by and I contacted him by phone/ text on his cell and at his business. In my 81 years I had never met a repairman he didn't stand by his guarantee! Well before warned! That nice enough smile and congenial personality is a cover up for a crooked businessman! I wonder it he just treats older widowed women this way!

I must admit that I was a bit apprehensive about hiring my neighbor to fix my roof. But Larry and his team did an excellent job. They even finished a day early. I highly recommend them to you

Many kudos to Larry and his team at ABC Waterproofing! I can't say enough about the personal care that Larry and his crew extended to make sure I was more than satisfied as a customer. Our roof was way overdue in needing attention. In addition to shingles, we needed some sheathing replaced, a new ventilation scheme, updated vents, all new flashing, and our facia painted. They were great to communicate with me throughout the project anytime there was a question or decision to be made. They were timely, personable, detailed, and did a fantastic job at cleaning up everyday. This is saying a lot from someone who is extremely particular and detailed when it comes to servicing my home. They really seemed to care about the work they were doing.
Additionally, the estimate was very fair, lower than most of the quotes I received. Larry was very open and reasonable in working with me on all pricing points.
