Very unprofessional company poor communication and zero integrity! They came out to my property to diagnouse my roof repairs and after that never responded to any of my emails inquiring on quote and time frame for repairs, every time I phoned they brushed me off and said someone would be in contact with me yet never heard from anyone after more than five times reaching out I gave up and moved onto another company and they could care less, I guess they don't need the business or have the courtesy to tell me they can't help with my repairs. Very disappointed as supposedly this company came highly recommended clearly they were wrong!

ABC was recommended to us after roofing their home. Got an estimate and was approved by our insurance. We met Carl at the store and he explained the process from start to finish. They did the job in a timely manner and were professionals from start to finish. If we had any questions along the way Tom was very prompt getting back to us. Everyone from the office staff to the roofers went smoothly. Nice job! We would highly recommend.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!

They do not pay their suppliers with your 50% deposit that they demand, there will be a Lien on your home from their supplier before the job is completed. It took them almost a year to get to my job.

They quoted me $250 for minor repairs, now we are headed to court because State Farm rejected their fraudulent second claim for repairs not done to my home.

STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!!

They did a great job of installation. They cleaned up each day and just a nice crew at the house. They worked well with insurance to help get needed paperwork for claims payment. Always available for me when I had a question or concern and addressed things promptly with me.

Carl and his guys were able to figure out why my roof kept leaking and also gave me the chance to look at solar in combination with the roof in a low pressure way in his show room. We decided to get the solar with the roof work and may come back for the batteries!

Not a chance! Had them out to bid on a kitchen repair and remodel. Ten days later, with kitchen in turmoil for over a month and other bids already in, I called them twice to ask for their bid. Was told it would be forthcoming soon, ""..maybe today..."" More than 3 weeks after their estimator viewed the job, they called me to ask if they could come out again to take pictures so they could ..""track down prices."" I'm now 2 months of kitchen chaos and have chosen another contractor who wanted this job enough to provide a TIMELY bid and gets started this week. Above Board doesn't want the work badly enough to show customers the courtesy of timely estimates. It has been 22 days since they looked at the job and they're still not ready with a bid...
