DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Terrible workmanship. Roof is already leaking and it is just outside of the warranty. They will not honor warranty because it past warranty. But unfortunately used them for other work which is also either cracking, or poorly done. This is your consumer warning find another roofing company this is not the one. Roofs should last longer than 10 years and their workmanship WILL NOT last longer than 10 years.

Our neighbor across the street recommended them after she did all the research on them before she used them. We ended up doing two roofs, our house and my wife's mother's townhouse. Both before hurricane Wilma.
The townhouse, we recently sold it. My mother in law never bothered to fix the ceiling in the bedroom, and the people that were going to buy it had an inspection, and the inspector kept telling us there was a leak. To help get the price down. NOPE! It poured rain for two days after the inspection. Guess what? NOT, one drop of water. No leaks anywhere.
ABC also put the roof on our home just before hurricane Wilma hit us. The tile we wanted was back ordered. It took about three to get it, and we had to wait because so many people needed repairs from the storm. When they finally did the tile, they did a nice job. Though the whole process, they kept everything clean, no dumpster, and they hauled off all the every day.
Seventeen years later. We had a really bad storm come through. The associations trees in the back that were not properly trimmed, and the storm ripped them apart in big peice, leaving them all over the roof. My neighbor went up there, through down the branches, and took pictures of the damage. At first, we were not sure who to call. I said to my wife, ""Let's call ABC."" They sent someone out to us Monday after we called. After his inspection, he says it looks worse than it is. Only tile damage and a bent exaust vent. Not knowing that his company was the one who put the roof on, says, the roof, it self looks great. He figured we should easily get ten more years from it. That's when we told him it's one of their roofs. They sent the guys the next day. We were not expecting that. $900, they did it so fast it took them about thee days to get the bill ready and my wife was able to pay it over the phone.
The next time we need a new roof, there is no question about who we are going use.

17 years ago we had our roof replaced. We have never had any issues/leaks anything. When we had a bad storm about 2 weeks ago a huge tree broke and multiple branches hit the roof damaging multiple tiles & one of our air vents.

I called ABC because I knew they were reliable. I called and scheduled an appointment for someone to come look at my roof. I was ready for a huge bill.

We were assigned Cesar. Prior to his arrival I received an email with his photo. Cesar called to let me know he was on his way. He went up on the roof - straightened the vent and told me it wasn't as bad as it looks. I received the quote on the spot and via email and I told him I was good to go. Cesar told me ABC would be in touch to schedule.

The team came the following day and fixed the room in a few hours. Since the repair, we have had some heavy rains and we have had no leaks.

Billing: I received an invoice a few days later and I was able to pay online.

All in all - all of our interactions have been perfect and we have been happy all these years.

I purchased a house that they did a complete roof replacement for the previous owners in 2019. When I requested information on warranty they provided me a copy of the original paid invoice with my name as the new owner. They explained I had a transferable warranty which had many more years. I was impressed that they stood behind their work so well.

I also requested they have someone look to see if there was damage from flying shingles that came from a neighbors roof in a windstorm we just had, non-warranty of course. The person they sent was named Cesar Lacayo inspected the roof and found no issues, took pictures for me to see there was no issues.

He also made a suggestion to have someone look at sealing the AC runner at the top since he could see it when he was up there and it was open.

Since the roof was just replaced 4 years ago I do not need a re-roofing soon but this will be my first call when I do.

ABC Roofing had originally provided my older shingle roof with barrel tiles in the year 2000 after it developed numerous leaks and recently provided repairs last June 2022 when there were some new leaks due to the age of the roof. They were quick to come out to provide an estimate that was fair for the work involved and also were able to schedule the repairs almost immediately as we were in Florida's rainy season. Within the last 3 weeks another leak developed over the garage portion of my roof as a result of the ferocious downpour that befell Southeast Florida and when I called ABC they quickly added me to their schedule and provided repair so that I would not incur any additional damage from the persistent rainfall that had caused so much misery, roof damage and disastrous flooding in neighborhoods throughout the SE Florida area. I cannot thank them enough for their fair and affordable estimate as well as their commitment to getting the job done in a timely manner. Their estimate was considerably lower than other competitively priced roofers and they did not try to pad their estimate if they had to supply additional materials for the repair as other highly rated YELP roofers had tried to do. I will definitely use them again for any additional problems associated with my 23 year old roof.

It is hard to believe that a company, after getting all the city permits, would be able to tear off my old roof and complete the re-roof job, and pass all inspections in less than 10 days.
ABC Roofing was the easiest company to work with. Their roofers did a great job cleaned up as they worked. I had no complaints at all from the time they started through the final payment, which was seamlessly done online.
I got the recommendation from my next-door neighbor who used them last year and would be happy to recommend them to do your re-roofing job.

The call center that answers the phone needs an intense course on customer service, phone etiquette. Several times I have called and put on interminable holds. Call backs are nonexistent. The sales rep and roofer who came to our house were outstanding. Very informative and listened to my questions. The roof repairs were top notch.

We heard lots of not positive situations with roofing companies and one of our neighbors recommended ABC. We took a chance and they delivered 100%. From the initial sales representative who called on us to their on site supervisors, to the installers they actually overdelivered. This was an amazing experience dealing with this professional company. They exceeded my expectations. Hopefully this will be the only roof I will need for many years but would not hesitate to recommend them.

Fixed roof two years ago, worked fine. And now the same issue - surprise surprise ABC roofing asked that they need to redo everything. Rip-off - stay away!
