ABC Roofing responded promptly to our request for an estimate to determine the best way to repair our leaking skylight. Carlos and his partner arrived on time. Carlos advised we obtain a new skylight. We obtained two more estimates and decided to go with ABC. We called the office, several times, to set an appointment to have the work done. But, we did not receive any callbacks. I spoke with Dora at the office and I left a message on Carlos's cell. Nothing.
ABC disappeared on my family. I would not recommend anyone do business with them.

I know Carlos for a number of years. He is a good guy - flexible, easy to work with and extremely knowledgeable. He has helped me on various roofs in Dublin, San Ramon and San Francisco. My wife and I purchase a house about 9 months ago and the first thing we had to tackle was a new roof. Unfortunately the previous owner decided to pile layers of shingle roofing, which not only leaked in one room in the house, but put a lot of stress on the structure due to weight. We received 5 bids and decided to move forward with ABC Roofers. Not only did his workers demo the layers cleanly, but the new roof that they put on is beautiful. Joe and his crew basically changed the layout of the drain system for efficiency, replaced an old, cracked large meshed skylight with a new fabricated skylight that is great looking and covered our lightwell with clear plastic sheets that look great. A couple of months ago, we had his crew replace the chimney pan and cap - that looks great too. Joe has been in the business for a very long time, very nice guy, cool crew, bonded and insured, and dependable. I highly recommend ABC Roofing.
