Allstate refused to honor my claim for roof replacement. My experience with Arby Barnes was excellent. Another roofing company told me I had excessive hail damage and needed a new roof so I decided to get a second bid. Mr. Barnes came out, inspected and said I did not need a new roof yet and, in fact, he did not believe the insurance inspector would approve it. I did need some minor repairs and vent replacements, which are now done. His honest assessment saved me thousands of dollars in deductible expense. Thank you Arby.
