Normally I dont answer unknown calls.. But there representatives were so nice. He spoke to me with compassion as of it where his house getting taken care of. He mentioned a free quote since our home was in need of some extior paint. Mind you AB renovations was not our first option. How ever when they came out not only were they patient. But the salesman took the time to answer all our questions. And helped us with some savings discounts. We thought we were goin to have to come out of thousands of dollars for workwe needed. But we were reassured that the work would be done at a very reasonable price. Not only were we satisfied with the stucco and paint. We were grateful for there timely manner that they finished. Will be using their services again in the future.

A solicitor from AB Renovations offered a free quote on the roof, so I let them take a look at the roof (we previously had no issues with the roof).
He showed me pictures from another client where the roof sheating as well as the main beam is rotten, and he said our house is getting close to that. He said the roof is soft when he stepped on the roof, and the shingle is old. He said we need to replace the shingle and the roof sheating for the entire house and gave me a quote of $30K+.
Since I don't know them and wanted to get a few quotes from trusted sources like friend's recommendations, I said I'm not signing anything that day. The salesperson was clearly annoyed and left.
A few days later I got quotes from a few trusted sources, and guess what, NONE of them said the entire roof replaced. They did say there are a few places where the original contractor/roofer didn't install the roof properly and need some repair, but they said there is no way I need to replace the entire roof.
Do not waste your time with this scammer.

I was recently looking for someone to repair my roof and it happened to be my lucky day as a Jaquin came by representing his company which provided this service and more. He was very informative as to the process and how to move forward. When the sales person came the next evening, I was surprised to find they had actually done work in the area. The price was very reasonable compared to the others had recently received. The crew was very professional and worked diligently until the work was complete. I am very satisfied with their services

We found this company via flyer passed around in my neighborhood. We were interested. We a signed a contract for window job. We attempted to cancel the next day, which is within CA 3 day cancellation law. The representative said that even if we were to cancel, we would still have to pay for the windows because they would be delivered to my home. So we decided to continue with the job. We had eight windows installed and a patio door... the windows were installed within two weeks, which is great but they started one day late and did not do any touch up paint to the wall so they didn't restore the wall to original condition. See pictures attached. After calling to inquire about the touch up, stucco and paint, our calls went unanswered for weeks. The workers were courteous, professional and did an amazing job, but it's not finished. Salesman attempted to sale me on other work in my home, and they did not understand ""no"" very well.

The scalpers come out and make a bunch of promises, and then the owner comes out. When he gets there, he tells you that there is more work needed. If you don't pay, they try to put bandages on your home. Even though you have a contract that has the scope of work on it!

The workers come and do the work, and make it worth it!!! If I could have found the workers, and not the company, I would have cut out the middle man.

This company is the worst!The two salespeople were very pushy and stayed at our house for two hours.We gave them a down payment.A week later the contact person wanted more money for materials. The contact persons changed three times during our process [told they left for other jobs].We were told all bad fascia boards would be replaced.The two painters did a terrible job.They only replaced two boards and didn't make one flush with the house.They didn't sand so some of the paint bubbled.They left paint splashes on our tile ,artificial turf and left trash too.I called the company and spoke to Jermaine about the poor work done and he got very nasty and rude to me.He called my husband and again got nasty and rude.He sent the project manager over to inspect the job.Jose agreed about the poor quality of work and apologized for not inspecting it when it was done as promised.He said he would ""make it right "" and come the next morning with the painter to fix the work.I took off of work [lost wages]. Jose never showed up or contacted us.I took the following day off and again no show,no contact.In summary we paid too much money for a very poor job.Not trustworthy,unreliable and dishonest.

Needed to do the hardscape on my new construction. Quick to respond with amazing pricing and job done in a heartbeat. If i get into new construction, thats my first choice.
