Wow!! What can I say about this company but they use the same sales techniques as their old company name. Please give your salesman new lines, instead of word by word. ""We have a job in a nearby city and we can lower the price by adding both jobs... we'll put a sign on your front yard but please don't share the price with your neighbors!!!"" These lines might be used by a lot of salespeople but word by word!! At least change the nearby city! Buyer beware is all I have to say!!! It's not the salesmen fault this company sent him to a very unhappy client from the old company!!! I think he was felt as though they knew but he wasn't given the complete story about what happen.

I'll just start by saying the kitchen and newly built laundry room is beautiful, Under the direction of project manager Jose Gamez Juan and Orlando are very skilled craftsmen and their work is impeccable!
Juan single handedly remodeled the entire kitchen, the work and craftsmanship put into this project was simply amazing, the intricate detail put into the backsplash was phenomenal, he's a true carpenter. I could go on and on about Orlando's professionalism because this guy is a true professional, and his construction work speaks for itself. Orlando single handedly built a laundry room sturdy enough to withstand an earthquake in my opinion. I would hire these guys in a heartbeat! Thank you for a wonderful job done!

DAMAGE TO ENTIRE HOUSE!!! My elderly aunt signed a contract for a new roof on her house and garage. On Feb. 24, I was there when Christian from AB Renovations told my aunt he would fix three non-working outlets that they had previously worked on. He said they'd be back the next week. On March 3, I get to her house and see that they have started to strip the roof on the house. The project manager told me it would take less than a week to complete. He could clearly see that my aunt was extremely forgetful. She did not remember talking to him just a few days before. The start and end dates on the contract were ""ASAP."" Totally unethical.

They stripped the house and the garage and left both exposed for a week. The permit was acquired on March 7 and it was common knowledge that a big storm was coming on the 10th. On March 10 it poured nearly all day. My aunt called AB about a leak she noticed and she was ignored.

Around 5:00 a.m. on March 11, she heard a loud crash. A huge chunk of the ceiling fell in her living room, her dining room, and in her bedroom closet. I got there around 10:30 a.m. and AB was there doing some basic clean up and someone was sweeping water off of the roof. One closet was dripping a lot of water. Someone came in to vacuum some of the water in two bedrooms that had soaked carpets. Water was dripping from every single light fixture. Of course clothes and furniture got wet. The house was uninhabitable.

I talked to Ana from AB and asked how this happened. She blamed the permit process.
Finally, finally, they finished the roof on March 17. Christian told my cousin they had been waiting for some ""decorative"" tiles which is why they couldn't finish sooner, even after all the damage!

Funny, they ignored my aunt when she called about the leak. Now all of a sudden they're calling nonstop wanting to ""help."" They still had to be reminded to clean up debris and remove the dumpster.

The house had to be dried out, tested for asbestos (present) and lead, everything packed up and stored (everything!), asbestos abatement, floors repaired, carpet removed and the ceiling in the whole house replaced. Now we have to worry about exposure to asbestos. Needless to say the outlets were NEVER repaired. Sad, disgusting and pathetic that certain companies take advantage of the elderly. My opinion is that they're robbing Peter to pay Paul.

Extremely disappointed with this business, they sub contracted with a company who provided estimates to repair my roof, took a deposit of $400 and never returned to do the work. When I contacted Renovations, they sent representative out named Daniel, he assured me that the issue would be resolved, as the Company did not want any negative association with the sub entity attached to them. There has been no resolution to date and they are now not answering the phone at all. My next step is to file a complaint with the BBB I have their license # and the 2 years in business status, and also to the Builders & Contractors association in addition to a Police report for predatory activity.

This is a horrible business... please never hire them. The owner is not a trustworthy person alone with the people that work for him. If you ever receive a call from AB Renovations hang up immediately. I'm currently filling a complaint with the BBB.

If I could post zero stars, I would. RUN, don't walk away from these people. Service and response time are negligent and their prices double what the market commands. Do your homework and don't be pressured into signing anything. Empty promises are all one can expect here.
