Jason and the team here are amazing! I requested a quote a while ago, they beat everyone else price wise and blew everyone out the water service wise. Jason couldn't have been any nicer when we came by to check on everything. Someone from the office called a week later to check on everything again after the owner did...now that is service.

I had a different issue (broken roof tiles) and my homeowner's insurance made a huge deal about it. They demanded I get it fixed and paid by a license contractor, so I called Aastro Roofing again. It was a tiny job and they gladly came out and instead of just giving me an estimate and then having to come back out, they fixed it on the spot, in less than an hour, and charged me a fair rate. These people do not rip you off, they don't BS on their quote to make it look like they are doing sooooo much work, they do what is needed and don't pad anything. You can 100% trust them, I referred my grand mother to them and they did some work for her as well. It's a family run company that makes you feel like one of the family as well (but they don't yell at you like family does, lol).

Prompt, courteous and reliable service! They have twice been out to repair leaks that had been very poorly attended to by another roofer. Prior to doing repairs, serviceman explained in detail and with photos what the issue was and necessary repairs. Work was done within a reasonable timeframe and with little/no inconvenience. I believe you can call on their service with confidence!

Bob from Astro roofing has been absolutely amazing . He not only expressed to me what the future brings for my roof but he has gone out of his way to problem solve in the meantime as well.

The ladies at the front desk have also been very friendly and helpful!

I had four crack tile on top of the roof.My insurance agent told me that those tiles had to be repair in other for me to get insurance ,on my property.So before ,I contact Aastro Roofing I contact Jimmy Roofing company and they told me it was 8 crack tile .And remember I already know it only 4 crack tiles .Jimmy roofing told me it would cost me 350$ to fix the tiles.That is when I contact Aastro Roofing Company and they send me a guy name Bob ,I never told him how many tile that was crack,he went on top of the roofing and when he finally came down he told me that it was 4 crack tiles and he repair it,and I asked him how much he going charge me he said there is no charged.WOW WOW WOW ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,thank you Bob Thompson is the best ,honest guy.

Aastro was responsive to our request to get an estimator out to our home, and he DID try to help by putting some caulking on the area of our issue. That was very nice. But, that was 8/22/18 and we still don't have an estimate for the repair costs. We've gotten the roof fixed by another company.

Unfortunately working with Aastro was not my best decision last year. I'm a little tired of The Savvy salesman who come and speak English and then they send workers in who do not speak English and there's a disconnect. The owners of course never take responsibility for anything and Jason the owner of aastro roofing clearly behaves that way. I really don't even want to give them one star.

Darrin Oliver is the associate with Aastro Roofing who came out to my house to do a roof inspection. We have some water damage in the ceiling downstairs near exterior back wall of house. Darrin told me my roof was still in decent condition and was pretty sure the leak came from another location than the roof. THEN, he proceeded to caulk around an upstairs window, a shutter and the top of the frame of my screen enclosure, believing any of three locations could be the source. When he finished not only did he tell me no charge from Aastro Roofing, but he would not accept $40 cash from me for going above and beyond in every way! He spent nearly half an hour in sweltering heat performing a function that has not a thing to do with roofing or roof repair. Is this guy/company for real? So impressed! And appreciative!

We needed roof and fascia repair. We found Aastro roofing to be very proffessional and superb workmanship. They were the first to respond to my phone call, (I called 3 roofing companies), they were the most reasonable, and couldn't have been nicer! Worked well, and fast.Explaining everything they were going to do, and cleaned up! Fantastic job Aastro roofing, thank you so much.
I would definitely recommend this company, and will be the only roofing company I will call should I need a new roof.
