Seldom does a contractor exceed expectations. Mr. Thomas and AASAP have now done so twice for us. Some years ago we had them build a screen room. The workmanship was excellent, and the screen room has stood the test of time. Late in 2023 we had them reroof our house. Mr. Thomas worked with Allstate (no easy task from my vantage point), was clear and up front about everything, and saw that the project got done, not just as scheduled but actually a little bit early. The crew did not make themselves into a neighborhood nuisance as some tend to do. I have absolutely no complaints.

Mr. Thomas is articulate, thorough, and considerate to a fault. He is a pleasure to do business with. Highly recommended.

AASAP Roofing recently replaced my roof that had hail damage. I had worked with Jim several times over the years, so I felt confident that his guys would do a good job. I was right! Jim kept me informed on the timeline, his crew arrived first thing Monday morning and were finished within 12 hours. They did a great job cleaning up before they left. Excellent job and highly recommend AASAP Roofing!

AASAP also does patio covers. Mine has some damage from the same hail storm, so I will call Jim if I notice leaking. This is a big plus for me, not having to find another company to do that work. AASAP for the win!

I recently had my patio cover torn down and replaced. This company did an excellent job from the tear down crew to the delivery and installation crews. The owner, Jim Thomas, stayed on top of the project from beginning to end and was in constant communication with me regarding the status of my project. The job came in exactly at the price for which it was bid even though they did a few extra things for me. The cover is beautiful, they cleaned up everything and I could not be happier. I totally recommend AASAP.

We needed a patio cover for a relatively new house, and Jim at AASAP was really the only ultra-responsive vendor that I spoke to. Within a week of his visit, we have a terrific new cover and it has literally created extra living space for our family. Jim was very courteous and easy going, not pushy at all. The installer, Dean, was polite, on time and had the job done fast! Very good team to work with.

Jim Thomas at AASAP was great to work with. We had a very old patio cover from the 1970's that was leaking and damaging the siding on our house.

When I asked to have the old cover removed as soon as possible, Jim had someone there within two days. No more water damage to the side of our house!

It took a few more weeks to get a contractor to repair the old siding and we just had our new patio cover installed today. Jim communicated with us through the whole process and worked with our contractors timelines.

Their customer service has been wonderful. There is a small nick in one of the beams that happened during install. Jim is coming by Monday with some touch up paint for us. They really go the extra mile to make sure customers are happy.

We love our new patio cover and couldn't be more pleased with the service!
