Just got my new roof!!! I was very happy with AAAA Contractors. They were very professional, on time every morning, cleaned up each day they came, and did a great job on my roof. I would highly recommend this company for anyone needing a new roof or repairs. The owner Armando is very respectful and gets back to you timely on any questions you may have and even worked with my insurance claims adjuster directly.

contacted them on coming out to check for a roof damage causing a roof leak. was told by the man that answered that he'd call me the next morning to advise what hour he would be there. next morning he never called. when I called tbem (several times) no one answered the phone and their voice mail was full.
this told me all I needed to know about this business.
called el paso roofing and they came out to check my roof immediately.

My 16 year old concrete tile roof gave me some trouble: the mortar used at time of installation broke away causing 2 minor leaks inside the house and on the patio. I called 8 roofers: between answering the phone with 'Bueno', and not calling back I was able to make appointments with 4 companies. AAAA Contractor unfortunately missed the first appointment. I called to check where the sales person was and was told that he could not make it and we re-scheduled. Not good at all. Normally, I would have dropped this company from consideration, but I guess I was in a pre-Christmas mood and accepted the new appointment. I am glad I did, because another sales person - Jesus - showed up. He was very professional, courteous, and listened to my concerns. I received the detailed quote as promised the next day. Pricing was reasonable and in line with others and he offered a 3 year warranty for the workmanship. He said he could do the job in about 14 days, but called me after a few days to do the job one week earlier - nice. The guys worked for 2 days straight to replace ALL mortar on my roof and even removed some of the tiles to replace some underlayment. Job was done on time, on budget, and completed early. The guys worked hard and did not leave a mess on the driveway or around the house - as if there were not even there. Due to the missed appointment I would have given 4.5 stars. As this is not possible I rounded it to 5 stars. I would definitely use them again. Thank you Jesus and team!

They showed up the same day I called, to give me an estimate, and were able to come back later that week to do the job. Prior to coming to work on my roof they called to confirm the job and worked around my families schedule. When the team arrived they had a large crew and were able to finish replacing a section of my roof and resealing all access points on my roof in 2 hours. The team was polite, timely, clean, and above all masters of their craft. I was highly satisfied by the work done, and I highly recommend this company!

It's been a pleasure working with Armando and his crew. They have went above and beyond on this project. If I could give the a rating above a 5 star I would and reason being attention to detail and ability to work on any concerns we had along with that they had the most reasonable price for a R panel metal roof and where able to install it seamlessly. So if your looking for a class leading contractor to repair or install your roof!! They come highly suggest as I know they won't let you down!!
