Casey was the project manager for our job. He was fantastic. He's the textbook of what you want in customer service. I vetted three roofing companies and obtained three bids. They were all in the ballpark except for one which was about $5K higher so I immediately removed them from the options. AAA earned the job because Casey was a standout over the other company. Casey answered every question I had and he even suggested a few things I hadn't thought of. He was very professional and he obviously has many years of experience. There was no sales pitch, no pressure. So I went with AAA. They finished the job a day early (new roof for home + garage). They worked quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend them. FYI I had the roof installed just before all the heavy rains last month. I went up into the attic and searched for any leaks. Not one. Same with the garage. The reviews for AAA Roofing Services are spot-on. They're a great company.

I had a roof leak during the last rainstorm and by chance saw a FB post/comment about this company. I messaged the person and Jonathan replied back promptly. He also advised me on quick checks to alleviate the issue until someone could come to assess. Spoke w Norma (very sweet) and got an appt within a few days. Very responsive and professional. Was able to get the job done much quicker than expected. Workers were great and my roof is like new! Casey was very thorough in explaining the issue. Would def recommend!!!

Excellent. Outstanding. Exemplary. Magnificent. Skillful. They truly live up to their namesake: AAA. From the moment Norma Jean answered the phone to schedule a free estimate, to final inspection and everything in between: Casey giving us the initial bid on our project and answering my numerous questions for each line item with patience, honesty and clear reasoning (at times in comparison to the other bids we received), their estimate was the second highest out of 5 companies, but it was the most comprehensive and ALL INCLUSIVE out of all the bids we received, we were never left hanging at any point, we were always kept in the loop; when the day finally arrived to start the project, Adrian (foreman) and his workers were punctual, very professional, hard working, and really did such an impeccable job for us, we knew beyond reasonable doubt that we made the best decision choosing AAA Roofing Services, Inc. We wish we could use this company for all the other renovations we need on our property, but alas, they only do roofs! AAA gave our HOA a more affordable estimate for repairs on our leaking roof than the other two companies we had come out to look, and they stuck to it despite some last minute additions on our part (rain in the time between getting the estimate and the start-work date revealed some leaks we hadn't been aware of yet). We thought we may have had a leak and contacted AAA Roofing Services after looking through their Yelp reviews, checking their license with the state, and checking their BBB profile. We were confident we'd reached out to the right company. They had a 2 week lead time for an appointment which was a little less than I'd actually expected. They called the day before the appointment to reconfirm and also provided me with the technician's name in advance so I knew who would be coming. The technician, Jonathan, arrived on time (even a little early) and was very nice. He inspected our roof and only found a couple very minor issues that wouldn't be resulting in a leak. He provided a quick fix to those minor issues and that was it. Although we didn't need to have a roof repairs done with AAA, the quality of their service was outstanding and we would have hired them to do the work had it been needed. I'll definitely be referring them to others in the future.

Excellent service, professional, and dependable.

I've had a leak through my hvac vent, which I initially thought was due to the roof but now realizing it's likely from the hvac duct/vent. Regardless, Lee CAME BACK to my place for FREE to inspect the area, and sealed off what he could identify on the hvac system so he could save me the trouble of having to call the hvac guys. He was very kind and professional about offering his help without charging me for his time.

So I've been having leaks in my house from all this rain. Been mopping up water and vacuuming water for weeks now. Called Lee who had done excellent work for me in the past. He came out promptly and fixed my roof. Today however after that repair I was still getting water coming into my house. Out of frustration I called Lee again on his day off and he came right out, helped determine where the leak was coming from and immediately slapped some asphalt in and around the hole and stopped the leak. None of this had anything to do with roofing but he came knowing that it didn't and helped me anyway. I tried to tip him but he wouldn't have anything to do with it and said, ""this is what we do"" . Thank you Lee! I can't tell how much I appreciate you!
