AAA Roofing Services just completed a total re-roof for my home and I am so pleased. Not only did they do quality work, the cost of the roof matched their estimate, without any surprise add-ons. Jonathan led the project and kept me informed of what was going to happen during each step and answered all of my questions. The crew he had at my house was kind, respectful and clearly have years of experience in the field.

I have zero hesitation recommending this company to anyone who has roofing needs. I am extremely impressed by the job they did on my home and I'm so happy I chose them.

Not only do they know what they're doing and are very knowledgeable, they're very professional doing super clean work and they truly understand customer service. Special thanks to Ryan who is a very nice man, and who happens to have a ton of roofing knowledge. I mean a ton. He was able to explain everything in detail, he was very patient answering all questions going above and beyond (which is very rare these days), and he knew the history of the chateau tile on our roof dating back decades since roofing is in his blood with his family history.

Thanks for all of the help repairing the issues with our roof, and an even bigger thanks for just being good people in this world we live in. You'll definitely feel comfortable using this company, and you'll 100% be in good hands. Feels good knowing I have solid roof people for any future needs! During the last rainy season, we sprung a couple of leaks in our roof. I got several estimates from companies that were highly recommended by Yelp, but they each had a different opinion about what was wrong and what to do about it. Only one company's assessment rang true: AAA Roofing. Ryan's evaluation was both informative and encouraging. He told us what was right about our roof as well as what was wrong. I trusted him immediately! Rather than going through the hassle of getting permits and removing our solar panels for an entirely new roof that would cost us tens of thousands of dollars, Ryan assured us that our roof had many years of life left, then simply told us what repairs we needed and gave us a reasonable price. I Highly Recommend this outstanding company! My experience with AAA Roofing Services was fantastic from the very beginning. I needed a complete reroof... still had original shake shingles underneath a composition roof that was probably 40 years old and well beyond its lifespan. I got estimates from several highly reviewed companies, but once I met Ryan W, I knew this was the company I was going to use. His experience, knowledge, honesty and integrity sealed the deal. All along the process, he made sure that I was taken care of and that all of my questions and concerns were thoroughly answered and addressed. The estimate I received was very fair. It was better than the other companies and had more ""bang for the buck"" by including far better roofing materials than many of the others offered. They also stayed true to the estimate. There were no hidden costs or ""up-charges"".
As we approached the work date, we ran into an interesting problem with the City of LA when it came time to get the permit... for some strange reason, my house didn't seem to exist in their records... the Tax Collector, however, has found me every year, LOL. So, Anita over at AAA jumped into action and handled the situation. After we provided proof of my home's existence, the City Engineer quickly signed off on it, permit was issued and we were good to go.
Nicole, at the office, was fantastic with scheduling, communication and follow up. I never felt I was in the dark about anything.
On the first day, the tear off, Lee, the owner of AAA stopped by to check on progress and make sure I was being taken care of... which of course I was because Ryan is on top of his game. The roofing crew were exceptional from start to finish. Their respect for my property, their attention to detail, their professionalism and their going above and beyond without ever being asked were so greatly appreciated. This is the type of service I like. It reminded me of my father's generation, when customer service was taken seriously and it wasn't all about a quick buck. A company that succeeds because they really care and customers are more than happy to refer them and give them glowing reviews... which I wholeheartedly do! Thank You, AAA! I love my new roof!

Friendly and helpful from the moment I called, honest, and fixed my roof leak issue quickly. Before scheduling, I had a few questions so they connected me with a roof technician.
