I'm not sure how these people got my number probably from my insurance company but they've called me multiple times before 8am. God forbid someone actually sleep. They called me at 0724 and left a voicemail then at 0757 then the girl has the nerve to act surprised when she gets ""take me off your list"" even with their bad reviews id maybe consider it because things happen but being obnoxious and annoying? Nah I'm out. I'll hire one of the homeless people behind Publix before I hire them.

My father had his roof replaced in 2023, the roof leaked after this and caused a good size hole/leaking in his ceiling. it has been a pain to get them to come out to fix it or even return phone calls.

Dealing with roofing companies can be very difficult. I have to say I was happily surprised at the excellent service I got from Dan at AAA roofing. They did a roof over on my commercial property, and I am very happy with the results.

My mother is still trying to get the company to resolve a leak which is worse since the entire roof was replaced.

The experience that we had with AAA Roofing was nothing short of professional and customer focused. Isaac was the roof inspector and he did an extraordinary job in explaining the the different facets of the age of my roof (23 yrs) from shingle deterioration, the wear and tear that the weather plays on the roofs here in Florida. Isaac even helped in the filling of the claim. I look forward to to having them install our new roof.

please do your home work on this company. in the long run it will save you on re repairs. please follow along with what you need to do not to get left all wet. 1 dont just sign untill you take the time to read the all the contracts, this is very important. there will be two. if not more you need to see the manufactures warranty before you sign anything!!! read it carefuly then make sure you get a copy of aaa contract read it fully, the two will not be the same. you will need to know the phone numbers or the web site of the company that supplies the materials. dont skip this part. manufacture will only cover problem if the roof has been registered then is has to be a defect of their product not and i repeat only their product!! they do not cover poor workmanship!!! l and now for the big part please before you sign off on the job get it in writting from that the roofer that roof has been registered with the material manufacture you need the phone numbers of the company that supplies the roofing material you not aaa will pay to have manufactures inspectors to come out and see the problem.this is not cheap!! now this part is for all of the new home buyers out there check for leals seller has to disclose this to you if there is a proplem . check ceiling carefuliy. very important who installed the roof get in writting that all leaks have been repaired!!! make sure that warranty on the roof can be transfered and how much time do you have to do this. the biggest thing to look for is did the roofing company register the roof with the product manufacture if not you could have a problem call or go on line to check this out you will not be told this ahead of time hell the seller my never have known their roof was never registered!! was my was not then the battle to get things fixed will begin.7 long years of attemps aaa has worked on my roof since the day it was installed.2015 they have made many attemps thru the years to fix the leaks in this roof to no avail. last time was just a few months ago was promised at that time they would repair the damaged the leak caused in side . which they have know about for 7 years but now are hiding behind a warranty issue my contract from them does not state 60 day transfer no where and after calling the manufacture of gaf roof i have learned this roof was never registered with them ther contract tahts 60 days but if roof was not registered with them then there whas been no warranty for 7 years so now what this is now a owner finaced home owner holds the paperwork on this home i rented this home for two years before ownerfinacing and aaa had been called out a number of times over the last 7 years to fix the problem which they fully knew about now are trying to hide behind no transfer of warranty which they themselves failed to register and the problem turned out to be their worker installed parts of the roof around the chimney incorrect that is what there new worker found when he came here just aa few months agohe worked for approx 4 hours doing repaied. was again told they would fix the ceiling that had been damaged and was fully known to them they now refuse this org leak happened after the org new roof was installed over 7 years of calling them out to fix this what a joke now hurrican e weather time is upon us my ceiling is a mess and has been for over 7 years and aaa has known this learn not to get burned i didnt start this but aaa was paid in full by insurance company to install new roof correctly 7 years ago and just got repairs re done but they a few months ago well now what still not sure it wont leak again ceiling now they state they wont fix they blame all of this on ex employee from over 7 years ago it took 7 years to repair now how much longer to fix inside cant do painting untill they fix the ceiling as promised while worker was here. 7 years this has taken to fix and still not done as they try to hide behind warrany that my contract does not state but manufactures does but thane as i sto this is a big but warrany that aaa should have filed with timberlibe was never done so no matter what they my say they faild to complete there isde of the contract causing contract on materials from manuf to be no valid but neither here nor there they dont cover poor workmanship !!

Working with AAA Roofing was as easy as it could get. We ended up selling the house during the waiting time so they worked to get it squeezed in before the sale date. When the insurance tried to short us on what we were due they countered directly with the insurance company to get it done right.

This Company did NO work and I lost my deposit...Any reputable company should NOT be requiring a deposit. BBB was NOT helpful...and took forever and the final with BBB (after 9 months) was the AAA roofing refused arbitration ...so had to take them to court. I canceled the contract 1 day after my hired General contractor signed an agreement, because they LIED to me. My GC used one of my blank signed checks to give them a deposit...and I lost 3500 and had to hire someone to do the job.

Florida does not have a 3 day contract cancellation agreement like most states...this company knows people WILL NOT read the contract and I believe they make money from NO work and collecting deposit that are not refundable. Took them to court and lost there as well. Very bad situation. I reported to ripoffreport.com as well.

This company has NO reputation and doesn't care because most don't do their due diligence on them. When I did mine...I found out the owner was a criminal (has real charges and went to jail) and I don't want people like him at my home...would YOU?

So it is my opinion, that AAA roofing of citrus county is not where you want to go to get a new roof... Granted they will fight the insurance company on your behalf.. but then you will be married to them for your new roof and it has been my experience with them.... That is not where you want to be.. their initial work is shoddy and incomplete, and their warranty work is non-existent. I purchased a house that had a two-year-old AAA roof, when AAA re-roofed it they never bothered to install the exhaust vents for the oven or the dryer, both were venting into the Attic. The work around the chimney did not ever solve the leaking chimney problem. And there were loose shingles up on the roof. When call to do the warranty work we got the runaround. I used to be a fan, my first roof was from AAA , I had a roof done on my existing house. But after my most recent experiences NEVER AGAIN...I canceled an upcoming roof because of what I've seen on the flip house.if I could give zero stars I would..call John at Roof Bear he can help you with a roof you can trust 570-578-3603
