BUYERS BEWARE!!! Please search elsewhere for a roofing company to do your work. I have been fighting with AAA Roofing/Joseph Chewning, Manager since NOVEMBER, 2019 and it is now May, 2020 and still the fight continues. I wish I would have looked this company up on the BBB website as there are numerous others that have filed complaints against them. Please check this company on the BBB website and you'll understand why I am trying to help anyone who might be considering using AAA for your roofing job. Please look elsewhere for a better roofing company and to get the work done you pay a lot of money to have done the right and honest way!

Great professionals who are fast, careful, and neat. Roofing is a messy business and only if you keep after the debris will it end up cleaner than when you start. The price was competitive, and the materials were superior. I dont think I'll need another roof again, but if so AAA will be the company to do it.

They love to put liens on homes their way of dealing with customer's discrepancies and they refuse to communicate with you . It's their way or a lien on your home! Read contract carefully before signing!

Had AAA roofing come in reference to my rear porch roof. Chris came by - was knowledgeable and gave us a fair estimate. Work was done in a timely manner by Chris and his assistant who was also very professional and knew his job. When it was completed area was left clean. It was a pleasure doing business with AAA.

This is a very good roofing company from the estimate to the finished product and with great customer service. We went with a metal roof and we are very happy with the work that was done. I watched them from tear off and then we had a speel & stick rubber on top of the plywood then screwed down the metal roof panels. We went with the silver to reflex the sun light and have seen a drop in our electric bill..
One crew, one day awesome work and very happy with everything they did + 50 year warranty. And AAA will stand behind there work with over 40 years in Citrus County, picture below.

Two to three months after AAA Roofing replaced my roof, I found two new water stains on the ceiling. Jan came to the house and couldn't find the source of the leak, but he went on the roof and patched some nearby areas that he said sometimes leak. I guess he was lucky because it hasn't leaked since. It took several phone calls before their painter came to paint over the new stains. The contract says they clean up nails in the yard by using a magnet. Yes they used a magnet, but it took my 11-year old grandson about an hour to find 25 to 30 more nails they missed, and my riding mower's found three more so far. AAA refuses to pay for the tire repairs or to take any responsibility for damage caused by their sloppy work and totally inadequate cleanup efforts. There are many good reliable roofers in Citrus County. I'd advise you use one of them instead of AAA.

I had AAA roofing put up a new roof back in 2006 it look good when it was done but who knew 1 yr later i would be calling them back to fix a leak over my garage the roof was leaking doen into the garage so they say that they fix it . Well i had to call them back 2 other yimes for the same leak now its 12yrs and i call them for the same leak and the owner wants to change me $1800 . They r crazy ifthey fix it the first time it wouldnt of leak again. When i called to speak to Refus the owner the girl that answer said hevwas in a meeting she said he would call u back he never did they do not stand by there work or mistakes that they made and now i had to call another company to fix AAA mistakes and its costing me money to repair the roof and to put new Shingles on that part where it was leaking its all mildew now and discolored those shingles this is a bad company and i rate thrm a 0 poor worksmen ship i wouldnt send anyone thete to get thete roof done by them. Theu got my $6700 to put a new roof on my home with up graded shingles.then i wanted blue Shingles the owner said he had to order it it would cost me $400 more i didnt know at the time whay kind of people they had working gor them or even the owner very very bad company.they know nothing about roofong thays for sure. I rate a big 0

AAA roofing put a new roof on in 2014 and installed two valleys incorrectly and Customer service was absolutely terrible.

The roof was done in 2014 by AAA. April 26 I needed repair done and to get an estimate done. Customer service was very bad, I was willing to pay for the repair. The customer service that answered the phone did not tell the truth. She did not give the estimater the information and would not let me talk to the general manager. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

put a new roof on in june 2016 now dec i have two roof leakes called every week for six week no responce when rains have puddles on floor thay dont stand behind there work!!!
