Todd was one of the few that called back in a timely manner. Everyone's busy right now because of the bad rains we had this year. He referred a guy to us that was very nice and positive. We had some roof tiles that were pulled off the roof by the storms. Carlos was able to get some replacement tiles, fix some damaged exhaust pipes, put up missing flashing, and clean debris that had blown up there. He worked hard under difficult conditions pounding nails into half inch concrete on a ladder in the heat. Long story short...excellent job, reliable, and reasonable. Thank you. He's my roof guy now.

Todd called me within 5 minutes. He is dynamic, knowledgeable, resourceful and service-oriented. There have been heavy rains and therefore lots of calls to all of the area roofers.

I told him my house was not leaking and it was not an emergency call. Nonetheless, Todd was at my house first thing the next morning and called me from the roof to discuss exactly what he observed and his recommendations. Communication was clear.

The roof ""tune-up"" maintenance & repair work was done the same afternoon. Payment was easy, too. I sent him a snapshot of the scheduled payment.

AND...when I texted photos from another roofer's bid along with a request for confirmation specific things had been done, Todd asked the roofer who did the job to send me photos of the completed work! This is what TRUST is about. Bravo!!!

When the time comes to re-roof the place, I will definitely call Reliable Roofing! This crew ROCKS!

Not reliable at all can not even get a quote. Very poor customer service. Todd will not even return phone call.

Not sure who Todd called but it was not me. I have not gotten any message from him. I also do not have any record on my cell phone that he called.

This was the private message that was sent to me:

I told Todd I cheated on him because I was getting competitive quotes and he forgave me. He is a friendly guy and his knowledge and service are the best. He is fair and reliable. Showed up when he said and had his crew out the same day. It was done professionally and they cleaned up everything. The roof looks new as they painted all the seams where they did repair. They offered a 1 year warranty on the area that was repaired. I took photos to show the job.

I reached out to Todd at Reliable Roofing with some questions about a home I am considering buying. It's a major fixer project that likely will involve a new roof. He gave me a ton of good information to consider, and gave me his opinion as a fellow property owner. He also advised me to contact the city where the home is located to find out whether or not the work that's been done by previous owners was permitted (a good indicator of the quality/professionalism of the prior work). He even provided me with the proper contact number for the city! I would highly recommend working with this company based on my interaction with Todd.
