Spent big dollars 6 years ago on Rolled Seam Galvalume Roof & Gutters, over $20,000.00. Now the Gutters are rusting thru and they want to charge us $1,300.00 to replace, it's supposed to last 100 years as per their foreman and the business owner, Scott !! Just want the righteous thing done. Stand behind your work Scott, follow the good book !!! Will keep everyone posted on whether or not they do the RIGHT Thing!!!

We needed bigger gutters. AAA put bigger ones on (and they are beautiful), added a downspout that we all agreed was needed. Problem is 2 Downspouts have huge leaks. It was difficult/it took months to get them to come back, When they did return (after many emails / calls), they did not fix the problem. When looking at another gutter section, that needs an additional downspout, they totally said that it did not need that at all, that one was sufficient. If the gutter is not clogged, and overflows when it rains, it seems like an additional downspout would be in order. They did not think so, and the way they communicated that was disrespectful. They charged me for the visit which I consider bad business, as I viewed the visit as a followup to problems from the original job.

So I am left with leaking downspouts and the need to find another vendor to add an additional downspout. Wait for a good rain, see how the gutters work, and if everything does well, then pay them.

Ok used this company back in 2016. Great price at the time. Now 3 years later and no leaks and the workmanship was and is very good. Would use them again they came out and finished the job in 2 days. Cleaned up and finished the job as quoted.

This is one of those ""Golden"" companies. I was sent to them from a friend who had done business with them. My friend said the owner was a ""good man"". That told me that the owner was in business to provide excellent service at a fair price. My project had unusual snags and I felt all along the way this owner cared, made things right by taking care of things neither of us could have foreseen, and went beyond the call. I was pleasantly surprised with the bill as it could have been something crazy and I would have never known the difference. The owner has placed solid people in his company. I enjoyed working with everyone. You can not go wrong with AAA Metal Works.

Lowe's used this company to install seamless gutters for me and it was less than a pleasant experience. I told Lowe's that the wood around my old gutters in one area would need to be replaced and they agreed repairs could be made once the old gutters were taken down. The gutter installers removed the old gutters and hung the new gutters without making the repairs. I made Lowe's aware that this was unacceptable. After a number of phone calls between Lowe's and AAA Metal the installers came back and made the repairs.
The project took much longer than it should have taken.

They are horribly unprofessional.

After changing my appointment at the last minute, I waited two hours for the roofer to show up on the new appointment date only for ME to call him and have him tell me he isn't coming because he is too busy.

Obviously they do not value their customers or understand the basics of customer service.
