After a Friday night windstorm that tore 1/4 of the shingles off my roof, AAA returned my call on a Saturday, came out for an estimate on the following Monday (no other company could schedule for at least a week), and, once the permit was issued, finished a complete 2,000 sf re-roof in about 2 1/2 days. At every point along the way, the foreman, Ahn, was polite, professional and communicative. It was a great experience. I would use AAA again in a heartbeat!

Got a few estimates to fix a leak in October. On came by, took a look and brought a few other issues to our attention. Ended up with a new roof but so glad we did with all the rain we had a few weeks ago.

There was additional work needed after the existing shingles were removed but there were no delays. He got the additional materials and workers to get everything done in a week. On was great to work with. He was so accommodating and always polite. So glad we went with AAA Expert Roofing.

I called a few roofing companies but AAA expert roofing was the only one that responded so fast,they came out to do an inspection and estimate. I waited to get one more estimate to compare, I did check on the past jobs that AAA had completed and was confident that they would do a great job for my home .
They did some impeccable work, they take pride in their craft as well as job completed,my wife and I are more than satisfied with the job that AAA expert roofing did on our home. I would recommend this company to anyone needing roofing work done on their home.

I hired On from AAA Expert Roofing to repair leaks in our house and garage roofs. The work began in late July 2021. When my children and I were out, the roofers set the garage roof on fire. I heard from neighbors that people passing saw the smoke and flames and called the fire department. Three fire trucks came and hosed down everything the roofers didn't (I noticed my backyard hose had burn marks on it). We used the garage for storage. Most everything was burned, smoke damaged, or water damaged. On assured me everything would be repaired to be as good as or better than before.

It has now been over three months. We have mosquitoes from the rain water getting inside the debris from the garage. Nothing has been repaired. On gave me the phone number of AAA Expert Roofing's insurance adjuster last week. The adjuster finally returned my messages today. He said the file has been closed because their insurance doesn't cover this kind of claim. Today I called my home owner's insurance company to process the claim.

Excellent experience with these roofers. They did a beautiful job on my house. Everyday the site was cleaned up, so there was no debris lying around. Amazing work. On the site manager was so kind and courteous, and he answered all of my questions promptly. Highly recommend!

A truly great experience. We had a severe roof leak that needed to be taken care of. On was courteous and professional from beginning to end, providing a clear description of everything involved in the repair, and answering any questions we had. His photos of the work were very helpful in understanding the repairs made. He and his crew even removed the waterlogged insulation from our crawlspace so it wouldn't grow mold.

The only hitch in the whole process was when they cancelled our first appointment and couldn't reschedule for an entire week (resulting in us suffering through more rain and water leakage). While this was inconvenient, On's quality work and professionalism more than made up for it. Would hire them again in a heartbeat.

These roofers are extraordinary. We had a leak on the roof that was very difficult to locate. They found the leak and replaced a roof drain and fixed the surrounding area. The work was highly professional. They are efficient and honest and great communicators. I highly recommend them.

I never cancelled any appointments. I was called to verify date and time and advised that someone else was going to be there instead and they waited while I arrived. But no one showed up or called. I work near by and would have been there by 2:15 pm any day every day. Not sure how the 5 pm time came about and during the summer it doesn't get dark til at least 8/9pm
