I had a bad leak in my roof and rain was coming. Shawn came out and gave me an estimate, which was competitive with others I had received. Work began the next morning. Their crew did a great job, and were all very friendly. I'm very pleased with the quality of their work, and they left the place spotless. We finally decided to change our roof, as the last rain season it started leaking in our garage and one of our bathrooms. So we decided to hire AAA expert roofing, They outbid every other roofing company's prices, plus they seemed to be the most honest and reliable company to work with. Michael eloquently laid out all our options along with the pricing for each pick and elaborated on cons and pros of all of them. After evaluating all our options we decided to go with composite shingle roof. The job got done in such good timely manner and flawlessly. My house is somewhat old and from day one we I bought my house, the only thing that bugged me a lot was the roof's aesthetics as it looked too old and in need of reface. I hesitated to do anything about it, until early this year's heavy rain proved me that I was right about the roof. Yes it did start to leak and that freaked me out, as I had never experienced such frightening scene. I have a home in escrow, and my inspector recommended a roofing inspector to provide a more definitive report on the roof. I went to YELP and found AAA Expert Roofing. They were able to send Mike out the following day to do the inspection.

Mike was thorough, and courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. Not only did he confirm some concerns the general inspector had, but he was able to find other issues for us to consider when making such a huge financial commitment.
