We are a family-owned, eco-conscious construction company specializing in new builds, consulting, and remodeling.
Before launching AA, Arnoldo developed his skills at a different company, mastering various construction techniques.
With 25 years in the field, our crew is ready to take on any job, regardless of scale.
There’s no job too big or too small for our team!
Our passion for nature inspires our family company to adopt entirely sustainable building methods and equipment.
All our staff are well-versed and trained in safe, eco-friendly practices.

We oversee every step, from architectural design and permit acquisition to construction and final inspections.

I am Arnoldo Verduzco, a family man and entrepreneur.
Building homes is my passion and my part in achieving the American dream.
I came to the U.S. in July 1984 with only the clothes on my back and dreams in my heart.
I began my journey with a landscaping business in California.
I later sought to enhance my skills by working as a laborer for a national construction firm.
I worked my way up to become a Superintendent.
I spent over a decade gaining experience overseeing the construction of many homes and condos in the beautiful Bay Area.

When that company closed, I established AA Construction.
Our specialty lies in premium, green home and condo construction and remodeling.
Our expert team will create, build, and landscape the home of your dreams while protecting the beauty of our state’s environment.
