Armando and Robert were a pleasure to work with. Their crew got my roof on in a day and a half and it looks great. Their proposal packet was very professional and clear. They don't sub-contract out their workers either. I would recommend A3 Roofing to my friends, neighbors and family.

We've been getting roofing quotes for a new roof on our recently purchased home and were planning to use A3 because they replaced my parents roof last year, but they did not impress us with their service.

I scheduled an estimate and was forgotten about because something came up and got a text a few hours later apologizing. I was accepting of this, but was told he would come out to discuss the estimate the following week and estimate would be emailed. Instead he unexpectedly showed up on a day I wasn't home and left the estimate at the door. Never followed up or came in person.

My parents had issues communicating after their roof was completed last year, but they were happy with the quality, so that's why I reached out, but I was basically brushed off before they even got the job. Too bad.

The estimator, Gage, was on time and went about his work. Next day, I had a reasonable estimate of the repair, but he cautioned that the men might encounter more repairs etc. when they removed the sheet metal.

I am so happy that I made the decision to get this repair done now. We're just a few weeks from storm season here in Florida, and the damage around our chimney was extensive. The work extended to actually repairing rotten decking and below that, the actual rafter frames needed to be sistered with new wood to restore it to a secure set of rafters.

The men were efficient and workmanlike, breaking only for lunch and one run to the lumberyard to get more wood, and another sheet of steel. Other than that, the Gage had made a good estimate and most of the materials were ready for the work.

We are now considering a full roof replacement due to new understanding about the poor quality of the initial roof installation.

I recommend A3. I invited them to bid the replacement, although I have not yet heard what the final amount would be.

Not only did they return my call the same day, but followed up after business hours and had a crew at my house at 8am the following morning to handle a leak during a high rain week. Everyone was extremely professional, courteous, helpful and kind from the owner to the work crew. More than fair pricing, fast, efficient and solid work. I highly recommend A3 Roofing!

Yes, we call to such services mostly in emergency , in a rush, in hope ...So did I. From the very words w of people there I felt...relived - they were attentive, listened carefully, gently asked questions and...performed with such confidence, that I already trusted them. When promptly arrived on appointment next day again they were very attentive, observing , exploring the case, found solution - the simple one , but more likely proper. Sealed the source of leak and we agreed, that I would be watching during rainy days ( and there are plenty now). WOW. Nothing was leaking, roof stayed firm. The job well done . And I am happy. Thank you guys for your proper service. We should support our local business to grow with them and the city . I would highly recommend this reliable company.

Definitely would recommend for roofing. They did extras other companies do not offer and after an informative demo to explain the difference between underlayment materials and the way they fasten shingles differently from other roofers we were sold. Price was competitive and it was the only company that offered a 10 year warranty on labor. They were also the only company that offered a wind mitigation report in the cost of the job to provide to our homeowners insurance for a reduction in premium. Thanks Armando and Enreka.

This is my update review, they did the roof fine , however he told us he was experienced in installing skylights and finished work. Wrong! Day after day, he was suppose to come and finish, excuse after excuse. Until he finally arrived with someone that could tape and seal the drywall. So the can paint and finish . Over 3 weeks of waiting. Would not recommend .
