I live 2 hours from my rental house so coordinating any type of work is always a challenge. Carlos came to the house, provided the quote, and they got to work within a week or so after I signed the contract. He worked to inform me of their progress, every step of the way. I ended up needing new facia boards which they installed. This was not an up sell, but rather a maintenance issue on the house that I elected to have him do because it was really convenient to have him do all the work including painting. The city approved things along the way and at the end. We will see how the roof performs during the rains in the future.

We reached out to A1 Superior Roofing after one of our tenants reported a leak. We were not sure where it was coming from, but we know it was due to the recent heavy rains that pounded So Cal. Within hours, Carlos got back with with a date and time he could come, which was great as we were able to make plans to be on the site as well.

Once he arrived he immediately found and fixed issues that may have been the culprit for the leak. He all the materials on hand and was very carful while on the steep roof. He gave a careful look over and dedicated the time to assess each part of the roof. He repaired the spot as needed and gave us great tips for future care.

His prices were very fair and over all it was a reliable, professional job done well.

The experience that I had with A1 superior roofing was great from the start to the finish. I called them because I needed three vents installing on my roof. Silvestre was able to come and take a look at the job the same day. He gave me a very competative price and said they would be able to perform the install the next day. They arrived on time and completed the job the same day. They even secured a telephone wire to the side of the house at no extra charge. When the guys completed the job I went on the roof and in to the attic to take a look. Everything looked great. I just wish all construction work went this smoothly.
