We reached out to A1 Superior Roofing after one of our tenants reported a leak. We were not sure where it was coming from, but we know it was due to the recent heavy rains that pounded So Cal. Within hours, Carlos got back with with a date and time he could come, which was great as we were able to make plans to be on the site as well.

Once he arrived he immediately found and fixed issues that may have been the culprit for the leak. He all the materials on hand and was very carful while on the steep roof. He gave a careful look over and dedicated the time to assess each part of the roof. He repaired the spot as needed and gave us great tips for future care.

His prices were very fair and over all it was a reliable, professional job done well.

The experience that I had with A1 superior roofing was great from the start to the finish. I called them because I needed three vents installing on my roof. Silvestre was able to come and take a look at the job the same day. He gave me a very competative price and said they would be able to perform the install the next day. They arrived on time and completed the job the same day. They even secured a telephone wire to the side of the house at no extra charge. When the guys completed the job I went on the roof and in to the attic to take a look. Everything looked great. I just wish all construction work went this smoothly.

We're so glad we found this company. The crew removed and replaced broken tiles on our roof, which was more complicated a process than we expected. They were professional, regularly informed us of their progress, and timely. We weren't surprised with any additional fees at the end of the job. This is an exceptional company. I have been working on a new construction project and had struggled to find an installer for the type of roof shown on my plans. Silvestre, the owner, was referred to me by the roofing supply house, and not only was he the first roofer to be familiar with the roofing system I needed, the communication and service he and his son Carlos provided were outstanding. Among other things, they thoroughly tarped 3 stories of wood framing for a week of heavy rains just before the job was supposed to start, and they coordinated delivery and return of material that I had ordered directly from the manufacturer. Their foreman Raul was also great, and their price was reasonable. Highly recommend.

A1 has done re-roof to patch work for us has always provided unmatched service, with unmatched prices.

Here's an example of why A1 sets the bar. In February of 2019, three storms hit LA within three weeks. After the first storm, we had a tenant call and notify us that water was coming through the roof and down the wall. A1 came out the next morning, in the rain, to take a look. We were told the underlayment was rotted along with a few broken tiles and as a good gesture, A1 tarped the roof to stop any additional leaking. Sylvestre told us we could keep the tarp until we had it repaired by A1 or another contractor. Amazing. a contractor looking out for people, instead of themselves.

Of course we had A1 do the work and it was flawless. As a property manager/owner, I would highly recommend adding these guys to the vendor list.
