John Park and his team were great to work with! They completed a roof on my residence and a house I rent out. John is very easy to communicate with and is always available. On my residence they removed and put a new roof in 2 days. The entire crew wore masks and were very professional and made sure everything was clean after they left. On my rental property, the roof was more complex as they needed to remove everything, install new plywood, then the new roof and they also changed the facia board. Since it was a longer job, requiring 3 days, they worked with me and my tenants schedule and were able to split the 3 days over two weeks. Rain was expected the week after they removed the old roof and installed the plywood, so they covered the entire roof to make sure everything remained dry. Overall, I am very happy with both jobs they've completed. They have competitive prices, GREAT communication and are very professional.

Just had another roof redone by A-1 without getting other estimates. The same excellent service and work. Mr Ha met me the day of the initial visit to the job site as he remembered me after many years. My brother also had his new home's roof replaced by A-1 with the lowest bid of several roofers. It was a complicated roof design and was done efficiently in a week's time during the rainy season.
