I had 2 contracts. The 1st contract : rep repair and paint, stucco and also paint a wooden fence to include pressure washing. The day before they were supposed to start I informed the owner that there is no water connection, that they will need to bring their own water for the pressure washing. However, they showed up looking for a water connection . Advise the owner. No need to pressure wash just start the paint job. The Tee came out to repair the stucco, which seem to go well. They started painting, the stucco, and again that was going well. I was informed by the owner that the job is complete , went out to assess the job and notice that you're able to see all the repairs that were done on the stucco coming through the paint. I informed the owner, which he said he will send a crew back out to put on another coat of paint . After that was completed and assess, it was time to pay. The initial invoice charged for pressure washing, which was not done,. Inform the owner and subtracted the amount from the balance, keep in mind, I've already paid half to get the job started. He told me I have to pay for the third coat of paint I mention that the paint job was in complete. Nothing in the contract or invoice indicates how many coats of paint is needed or how many coats of paint is used per the Price. So that was my first issue with this company That if I did not mention about the pressure washing, she was going to let me pay for the service that he did not do.

Second contract, painting of the decks. He quoted me a price that included pressure washing, they will only take one to two days to complete. On May 3 the Painting crew came out to paint the deck, he informed me that it was complete. I came out there the next day, this was the worst paint job I've ever seen it look like three year olds, put their fingers in some paint and painted my decks. The owner came out to assess the job and agreed that the job was horribly done and will correct the issue, he advised the paint crew will be out there a few days following, no-show, and no contact to advise of no-show. I went out there again a second time to assess assuming that the paint job was done and it look the same. I reached out to the owner. He explained that they did not show up and that he will get the issue corrected, he advised me they're gonna come out again the week of 15 May, I told him it would need to be completed by Wednesday 5/17 due to tree cutting on Friday, still no show no communication went out there a third time and the decks look the same, he advised it will be there that Monday the 22nd, no-show, he advised they will be there The 23rd 24th, no-show they finally came on 25 May. Went out there the fourth time and assess the job paint job looks much better. There were a few loose boards and overspray on the house. On the 26 The owner sends me pictures of the job. He informed me that, the loose boards and that the overspray on the house were corrected. Taking his word for it I sent a text to get what the final payment will be excluding the pressure washing and the fact that it took three weeks to complete a job that should that should only have taken one day, the owner did not respond to text finally speaking to the owner on the 30th. He was very rude, very unprofessional ; blame the raining for delay is reason why the job took three weeks. He advised that his painters and informed him that no pressure washing was needed and again, however, did not removed it out of my invoice. Instead of continuing to go back and forth, I paid him the balance to include the pressure washing that was not done. I informed he would never receive a referral from me .
