I located A1 Roofing via an ad in a home services magazine. I was contacted immediately by Mr. Ghorban. We established a time to come to my home and he arrived completely prepared with photos, measurements, and recommendations for the roof. He discussed options available based on the various pitches in my roof, which included three levels, 2-stories, sky lights, etc. I made a selection for a beautiful composite roof with tonal variations called Silver Birch. Mr. Ghorban called first thing the following week with a date to start the work. His crew arrived on time and were polite, expedient, professional, and thoughtful throughout the process. Each day they left the entire area clean, checking to see if I had any questions or concerns. Mr. Ghorban was communicative, thorough, involved in the process, and completely professional. He was highly responsive to our needs with very good, fair pricing. The City's Inspector arrived to my home upon completion and signed off on the project without issue. My roof is gorgeous, and, more importantly, it is solid, secure, and safe for the upcoming rainy season, and for many years to come. A1 also replaced our damaged gutters. I highly recommend A1 Home Roofing Company for trustworthy and reliable service.

Ghorban helped us out in a pinch. My mother-in-law needed a new roof but only had the money for modest repairs. Ghorban agreed to do the repairs but was very honest in explaining that the repairs can only do so much. His team started on time with great communication and even did more than what was called for in our contract.

I hired A1home roofing about five years ago to do my mom's house roof replacement he did beautiful job on her house. I chose him to do my house recently. Mr. Ghorban respond promptly and replaced my 30 year old roof very professional very latest updated material and workmanship was excellent. Should really be No STARS. . STAY AWAY!
Requested my 21 year old roof to be checked . Fariborz Ghorban from A 1 Roofing came and showed me satellite pictures of the roof and proceeded to tell me the cost of a new roof , (which I am not sure I need.) . Asked him how he knows it needed to be replaced without going up on the roof. At that time he informed me that nobody goes up on the roof anymore,
Also informed me that there is dry rot (which is false)

If there is a zero star I will give it to this business. Don't even bother to contact this company. Whoever answers the calls is a very rude sarcastic and no manners. I called them to get an estimate but the person I talked to was asking me stupid questions that doesn't have any connections with regards to roofing. Why the hell will you ask a customer where's the job site and ask why is he calling from an area code different from the job site's area code does it really matters where you calling from. How stupid is that? Well I guess he doesn't need customer so they should remove all their ads anywhere. Avoid this company call somebody else. I guess if my code is 510 and live in concord I can't hire this company just saying no more comment.

My experience with A1 Roofing has been a good one. I had 3 estimates done and A1 was my 3rd. Ghorban showed up early for our appointment and was so personable. The materials were ordered and within 2 weeks the job was started and done in 2 days. I had seen their ads in a home magazine several times so I took it as a sign to call and I'm so glad I did.
