I worked with A-Z Windows to install a through-the-glass-doggy-door from The Pet Door Guys. The request was a bit special because of the unusual configuration we were looking for, but Barbara at A-Z Windows was incredibly helpful in making sure we got the order correct and working with the vendor on my behalf to make sure they were on time and delivered the right product. Barbara also connected me with an installer, Aminh, who was very efficient and did an excellent job. The overall process was great, would highly recommend A-Z Windows!

These guys are great to deal with for skylights. It's nice to deal with a small business who knows their product. We had a specific design which is not normal and they helped us to get it right versus other vendors who never asked any questions.

Called for some information and pricing on a skylight for a remodel. The guy on the phone was incredibly rude, treated me like a moron, and hung up on me before I could ask any further questions. The call lasted about 1 minute so it wasn't like I was taking up a ton of his time, he was fed up with me before I even opened my mouth. They clearly do not want any business if this is how they treat people.

Doing a remodel and i was looking to purchase windows. This is one place i came across. My review for this business is DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM
I was treated and disrespected by these guys because i had several questions about ordering windows.
When i say disrespected i mean i was called several four letter words, only because i asked questions.
One of the guys said"" what the fuck do you want""? I was appalled what did i do ABSOLUTELY nothing but ask a few questions.
DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM IM WARNING YOU.
these people do not deserve customers to spend money with them.

I'm not sure A-Z does skylight installation or service, it seems like they really only handle sales of the skylights and make referrals for installation and service. This review is more about the quality of their referrals, which admittedly was free so I guess I got what I paid for. (Though presumably they refer contractors who do purchase skylights from them, so perhaps they did profit from me.)

I reached out to A-Z because it seemed like they did skylight installation and service based on the pictures and some of the review comments. (And their ""verified by business"" service offerings.) Instead all I got were referrals, the first one mislead me about being able to help me with the carpentry part of a skylight project (and charged me a fairly high price for a very small amount of work to replace skylights) then kicked me back to A-Z for a referral on the part of the job I reached out to him for.

That second referral was pretty awful, I did end up using that contractor based on A-Z's referral (despite some reservations due to mixed bag of yelp ratings and difficulties getting them to even send me a bid.) and have since recommended to A-Z they never refer that person again due to how much of a mess the whole job was. (Along with my property after they ""completed"" the job.)

So maybe they are good place to buy skylights, but would not recommend their contractor referral services at all.

Joe is amazing! If you are looking to purchase Milgard retro windows, doors or skylights then A-Z Discounts is your place. We purchased 2 skylights and Joe walked us through the history of skylights and educated us. Not only that he came to drop them off and made sure the skylight opening was fled to make sure we get as much as natural lighting in the house.

This guy who answer the phone is extremely rude and unprofessional. This is the least I can tell. Dealing with them could be nightmares I can imagine. Avoid this place!

Needed couple of 22 inch tubular skylight, while home depot and lowes needs a special order for it. Called Joe (the owner) to see if they carried them in-stock, and was very surprised that a mom and pop store would carry them and not the big name stores. Joe saved me almost 200 bucks buying it through them, and did I mention that, Joe, was funny as hell when I drove up to his store?

You can't go wrong buying from them, and believe when I say they are one of the most pleasant mom and pops shop I ever visited.

Chris took care of our skylights at a very reasonable price, and did everything it takes to install it properly. We needed to order a custom size. Chris helped covering our old leaking skylight before the new one arrives, so that the rain didn't do any further damage. Highly recommend.
