I wanted to wait until the next big storm before sharing my review... We had Luis and A Town Roofing stop by for a quote after the first major storm early in February 2025 because of a roof leak that entered our home. Luis was able to come and give us an estimate within the week. He arrived and quickly went about inspecting the roof - other companies did not even bother going up to the roof of our 2nd story house. He was very thorough in his inspection and was able to pinpoint to cause of the leak. He also identified other issues with broken roof tiles. As he was inspecting the roof he took pictures and shared them to show the issues that we had.

Pricing was extremely competitive with other quotes we obtained. We felt that he is honest and shared what exactly we needed to resolve our problem. Even more so, he was able to fit us into his schedule very quickly. He offered to complete the work the following day. We naturally took him up on his offer.

His work is clean and efficient. He is very respectful of your property and he leaves his work space cleaner than when he arrived. Overall, we were very happy with their work and the experience working with them.

Now the question is... Were the repairs successful? Yes. We have since had 2 more major storms. Absolutely no leaks - we know this because our home is currently under restoration so the ceiling is exposed in our 2nd story.
