I know a lot of people who have had issues with their contractors, and we did not experience any with David. His number one goal and priority was to get us exactly what we want within the budget we have - and he did exactly that. Highly recommend!

I have never been provided such service. I called all confused about the remodeling of my bathroom, which I had already started. Dolev Eyal was incredibly helpful. Responded in minutes. Asked for pictures. Called me right after to provide wonderful and knowledgeable information about the next steps. Although he was not going to be able to complete the job himself due to issues I had encountered. He tried very hard to help me figure it out. He really went over and beyond. From start to finish this was one of the best services we've ever had. This was not a huge job, but David quickly responded to our call to repair our severely damaged backyard pergola/overhang. His referral of Francisco was immediate. Francisco was easy to communicate with, professional, punctual and got the job done within a few hours. He was also very respectful of our property by thoroughly cleaning up afterwards. The pergola looks wonderful and was reasonably priced. We highly recommend this company.

Five stars isn't enough! We thank our lucky ones that we went with David on our remodeling odyssey and are now back living in our completely transformed home. All in what seems like the blink of an eye in context.

We bought a home with an unpermitted addition with the intention of getting it up to code and making it all legit square footage. We were introduced to David by our real estate agent, and started on the long process of what that would entail. He was incredibly flexible from the start - we drew and submitted the existing to LADBS (a process that he managed), with the thinking that we may be able to keep what we had with minimal modifications. Over the 18 MONTHS (!!!) it took for the city to review our plans, it became very clear that the unpermitted construction was... not good.

As time went on, David slowly guided us to the realization that this was a major job, so by the time we reached permit we had come to the realization that the addition would have to be a tear-down, and we'd have to move out. David told us 6 months. All our friends told us to plan for 9-12. We moved back 6 months nearly to the day of leaving and couldn't be more thrilled with the results.

The place is amazing! David's craft, professionalism and dedication to delivering the best house we could imagine was on display throughout the project. Every single person he had on the job was professional, hardworking and kind -- it was clear that David treats all his crew with respect and fairness. All the work was highly skilled. Any time we encountered a surprise (and there were many), David clearly laid out our options for moving forward and never once pushed us into a decision. His levelheadedness and easy disposition was very helpful in navigating what can be an incredibly stressful process.

In short, I can't recommend David highly enough! We feel very grateful we went through this journey together and would work with him again in a heartbeat.

We worked with David to add 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms to our small craftsman home. We used David's services for our design and engineering process then right into building. His crew was at our home 6 days a week and worked diligently to complete our project. The crew was always courteous and helpful as I worked on my projects in the home alongside them. As with any project of this scale on a 100 year old home, issues did arise, but David was consistently on top of them with reasonable solutions. We have been in our home for about 4 months and absolutely love it. David is always checking in to make sure everything is good. We had a couple of small adjustments to make when we moved back in, but David immediately sent workers over to ensure the quality of the work. We are very glad to have worked with David and I would recommend him in a heart beat!

No job too small! I needed a 24 ft. long privacy fence installed between driveways. David himself came out to measure the job. He had the fence built in one day, for a very reasonable price. It's exactly what I asked for. Easy breezy!

David came highly recommended from a friend who had recently remodeled their home. My wife and I were first time homebuyers with a baby on the way who needed to do a gut renovation in under 3 months before moving in. David turned out to be the right choice, from start to finish. Honest, transparent, diligent, responsive, thorough, and caring!

From the initial inspection, he was honest and transparent. He was up front about what he knew and what he was certain of scope-wise, and was clear about things he had to dig deeper on before giving us an final answer. His estimate was not the cheapest but it was an ""all in"" price, and he walked us through cost and timeline tradeoffs on different options for scope.

Throughout the remodel project, David was a consistent diligent presence. He communicated with us daily and showed up on the site multiple times per week. He was proactivel at each stage about what was being done, what decisions would be required of us, and key checkpoints along the way. Where issues came up along the way, he stayed true to his ""all in"" estimate and did not increase the cost to us. Any cost increases were due to additional items we chose to add to the scope. Our timeline was aggressive but David made it happen without compromising the work. He managed the subcontractor teams effectively and even served as ""therapist"" in helping us navigate the stress of an increasing number of decisions along the way.

All in all, we are very satisfied with David's work and feel fortunate to have found him. While the project has been completed and David has received all payments, he still checks in and makes himself available for small items that come up, now that we've moved in and are actually putting the house to use. He's proven to be an extremely caring person beyond what we expected, as we certainly did not imagine our contractor would become a friend!

Our job: New vinyl flooring, new windows, stucco repair, full exterior paint, full interior paint, full kitchen remodel, full bathroom remodel, full house re-pipe, HVAC installation, full electrical upgrade, recessed lighting.

Having never dealt with renovations and having a home in desperate need of repair/updates, we were nervous about finding a contractor. Fortunately, after seeing signs for A-Z Vision Remodeling around our neighborhood, we decided to call. We worked with David from the first phone call until the completion of our job. We found him to be knowledgeable, honest, straightforward, and efficient. We had workers at the house daily and regular check-ins with David.
