David and his team did a full kitchen remodel along with three bathrooms and a window install. David is honestly the most responsive contractor I've ever worked with. He was always available, called almost every day, and responded quickly when we had questions. I also very much appreciate the fact that the price we were quoted upfront is the price we paid in the end. Highly recommend David and his team.

See, my home builder made a very questionable choice in the wood panel design at the front of the house. I have hated it ever since I moved in. I never got around to inquiring about changing it until now.

After being referred to David, I called him and set up an appointment. David arrived the next day (15 mins early!) with an estimate, but more importantly a solution. I was so impressed by his knowledge and his demeanor that I began to inquire about additional remodeling services.

Now back to my original problem. It was solved within 3 days. His team is safe, clean, and skilled. David stopped by every day to check on me and the progress. My whole experience was positive.

I am now working with David on other projects that I plan on completing before the end of the year!

I had been in the market for a new patio/outdoor kitchen and met with several contractors, David stood out among the crowd with his professionalism and responsiveness. Before giving me a quote he visited with several experts (demo, framing, roofing, electrical) and then gave me a personalized quote. When it was done, it looked just like the design that was given to me. From start to finish it took less than 4 weeks. I paid exactly what was quoted to me. The $ estimate and timeline were reasonable. There was attention to detail and high standards.

We hired A-Z Vision Remodeling to remodel our master bathroom, including demolition, installing a freestanding bathtub and marble walls, completely opening up our shower and reworking the plumbing for a waterfall shower. We had received a number of bids to perform the work, and ultimately chose A-Z despite not being the lowest bid (you get what you pay for). From the get-go, the team did a great job in helping us plan the project, pointing out small details that we would never have thought of. They provided a very reasonable work completion date and did not delay. In fact, the day after we signed the contract, they brought a whole crew to begin the demo. The results speak for themselves! They flipped our plain-jane bathroom into our own little oasis. Needless to say, it has certainly increased the resale value of the home. Great job to David and the team!

David is a pleasure to work with. He's extremely responsive and very good at what he does.

I started my 767 square foot, 2 bed/2bath ADU/carport project with another contractor who increased his cost for the project by double right when we were getting ready to start the project. Fortunately, I got a referral to David who demonstrated a great deal of knowledge and experience and gave me a great deal of confidence in his know-how.

Long story short, David helped build a beautiful ADU and carport, and now we're waiting for the final approval to clear on inspections. Due to David's knowledge and hard work, we passed all our inspections throughout the project with no issues. I have referred David to multiple friends and would call him again for any future projects.

Our kitchen remodel took place after the first COVID pandemic, but in the midst of the new Delta wave. So, contractors are overbooked, labor is hard to find, and materials are backordered. All things to cut the contractor some slack. But...
Here's the quick list:
1) Poor paint job
2) Poor or nonexistent supervisory skills/lack of communication between contractor and crew
3) Lack of pride in/subpar workmanship--cracked floor molding, warped cabinet doors, missing grout, broken appliances, etc.
4) Poor daily cleanup
AZ Vision remodeled a relative's flooded kitchen recently, and while it took time she was satisfied. But our kitchen was just old and needed a facelift. New paint, new floors, new cabinets and countertops. L shaped kitchen with no drastic changes to the layout.

I cannot fit the detailed list of things that went wrong with this remodel into the allotted space of this review. But I can include those details in the attached photo of the review if you have the time. They messed up from the start, on design plans and materials orders for cabinets and countertops. They ignored things that WE said would be problems from the beginning. My husband often came home to the work that was done and said, ""I have to fix this,"" and in many cases he did.

I hate to leave reviews like this. I am fighting myself to find a more positive review. But I'm just not finding it, and I'm sorry for that. Would we recommend this contractor? It wasn't the best experience it could be, so... there you go.
