Looking to into legal action for this company that did not complete the job as stated in the agreement. They did work without a permit or inspection process. I have not been able to get in contact with anyone at the company for months now!

I don't even own a house and these people have called me hundreds of times over the past few years. I've blocked them and asked to be removed from their lists but I still get calls from them. Being creepy, disrespectful, and annoying isn't a good cold calling tactic.

Big fat ZERO STARS! They won't stop their harassing phone calls no matter how many times I tell them to lose my number. Based on their inability to follow simple instructions, I would never hire them for whatever it is they do.

They've called me over 200 times after I heard a radio ad and contacted them. At first I was polite bc I no longer needed work done. The calls keep coming.

I have asked repeatedly that they take me off their list. 6 months after first contact, one guy called me and I told him that I was not interested AT ALL, that I've asked repeatedly to taken off their list, that this was now a ""cold lead"", and hung up.

The jerk called me back the next day to try to convince me that no, I was not a cold lead. What part of ""I am not interested"" is so hard to understand?

If a company cannot get their act together and not harass ppl, why on earth would somebody entrust them with their home???

DO NOT USE AtoZ. AtoZ will not complete the project to install hurricane windows 2 years+ after receiving the payment for the project. They did not pay permit fees and let the permits lapse. They will not pay their supplier for the windows (being sued by them for over 30x more). AtoZ will not respond to multiple attempts at contact by my attorney.

I hired A to Z GC, LLC to install impact windows and doors on my property. It was through a program called PACE Florida where they give you a list of Contractors and financial institutions that they have partnered with to provide window and doors and you can get financing through their partners. I choose A to Z and they provided me with Renew financial application which I got approved with. Windows and doors were installed in November 2022. A to Z gets paid directly through the financial institution (Renew Financial). I have been calling A to Z since my windows have been installed because 3 of them do not lock and I have not gotten a call back from them since November. Fast forward to May 10, 2023 I receive a certified mail that I am being sued by the company A to Z received their supplies from. I have no contract with their supplier (ABC Supply CO) but after speaking with ABC Supply CO they advised me it is because A to Z GC never paid for the supplies. I called the financing company Renew Financial and they advised me that payment was sent to A to Z GZ on December 22, 2022. I have attempted to call A to Z GC everyday since May 10th and have not received a call back. I even got the cell number for the General Manager of A to Z and left multiple messages on his cell with no response. ABC Supply Co states that they have been reaching out as well with no resolution. I have also received a letter from the city stating that A to Z GC did not comply and do the last inspection. I am terrified of losing my home over A to Z's non compliance.

Absolute garbage company. Was in contact with a few people. Missed appointments, and missed calls. Once I did get someone over I've waited over 40 days for an estimate with many calls. Melba should be working at a circus instead of a GC company. Avoid at all costs for your own sake.

Awful company. We signed a contract in April and by mid November the work has not yet started.
We call on a daily/weekly basis to speak with someone of authority. Each call is answered by a secretary that cannot get ahold of any person of authority.
This business is a scam. We have asked for our money back and still get no answer.
I have asked to speak to the owner - No answer - No phone number.
They will write you a contract and take your money. After that - GOOD LUCK!!!
We will be reporting them to the Building Authority of Palm Beach.
A formal complain will be filed.
I would run for this company at all cost.
