No shows for work, but they cash checks quickly! Very substandard work when they finally do get around to it. So bad another company had to finish it.

My roof was completed end of June 2021. End of May 2022 my roof is leaking. I had left several messages, but no return phone call yet. Just spoke with someone again, but it sounded like the person was washing dishes and told me the office is closed. Today is Monday 3:30 pm. The website says the office is open 08:00 AM - 8:00 PM.
Also, the company replaced my Facia wood around the entire home but never filled the gaps left from the previous wood not matching the stucco. I was told they were not responsible for finishing it because it was stucco. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. I paid $35000 for my roof including the facia board replacement. It was supposed to be left finished as it was when the job started, but instead, I was left with an unfinished project. I have a two-story home I can't fix this myself so I would be forced to outsource the work that should have been completed by the General Contractor, to begin with. Imagine a 70-year-old woman having to worry about this. Would anyone do this to their mothers? Or pay someone a couple of thousand dollars to finish something that should have been done, to begin with. if you start a project you should complete it to the end and not leave the customer with an unfinished task where they have to subcontract someone else. Be aware before you hire a contractor that will not finish to your satisfaction. I will post an update when and if it gets corrected.

Zero stars!! I have NEVER requested a quote from nor the services of this company and NEVER will based on their inexplicable inability to stop their unsolicited sales calls to my home and mobile phone. Their repeated sales calls at all hours of the day or evening, including Sunday mornings are ridiculous and annoying.

Each call ends with the sales representative promising to remove my phone number from its call list. To-date, many years after their initial contact, that promise has not been kept.

If a company cannot respect a simple request, I'm not interested in engaging them for more substantial matters.

If there were an option to give a big fat ZERO, I would!!
After signing the contract, it took 2 months to start the work & a total of 3 months to complete.
The project manager, Tone promised he would be with me every step of the way.. Hum, NEVER ever saw him at my house once while the work was going on.. Every subcontractor F'd up in all areas of the project & Did SLOPPPY work. Apparently this GC company hires Inexperienced Help or So called Subcontractors. I was LIED to when I asked if they have thier own employees doing the work, when in fact every worker was outside help & not an employee of A-Z!
I could right a book on the company that doesn't belong in business.
Save yourself & get more estimates & don't rely on the FAKE 5 STAR REVIEWS.. noticed the name as (1) of them an owner, AVIRAM.. so it makes me wonder the others as being FAKE as well!

RUN. I am still awaiting information on the 2 month delay of my project getting started after paying them 50% in advance. Do the research I didn't do and check out BBB complaints.

Whatever you do...DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. They do not communicate with you or one another! They are messy and the work is sloppy. This is not one of those times when you get what you pay for. I am paying top dollar base on all the other estimates I got, they were not the cheapest, but it seems this company subs out the work to other companies and even though they come with the A to Z's logo on their shirts I don't believe they actually work for the company. They don't understand English and when I asked the company why would you send someone to do work that I can't communicate with they said they are only a phone call away.

I started this process in January and last week (8/20) was when the work was started. They keep getting everything wrong. It started with the person taking the measurement not communicating with the salesperson that had all the information about the design of the windows but didn't tell him so when they sent in for approval from the association it was the wrong design. Then the design of the door was wrong so that caused another delay. Fast forward to 8/20 and the pictures attached.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!!! IF I COULD GIVE THEM -5 I WOULD!!!!

Don't be a victim! Spent $20,000 with this company for my new flat roof. First they got the color wrong, then there are all bubbles on my roof. It took them 2 weeks to get the bubbles fixed. Now my brand new roof is full of patches.

This company came on nice at first, telling me essentially everything I wanted to hear. Once I signed to see my ""quote"", I was actually impressed with their price. After many delays, I started getting frustrated and read my ""quote"", which was a contract they snuck in on me. It included everything I didn't want and nothing I did. I tried to tell them to fix it but they ignored me. I told them I wanted to cancel and suddenly they started talking to me, only to threaten me.

This company uses very devious schemes and very shoddy product to get your cash. Don't believe me? Get a quote from them and ask them what product they'll use. Then, call as many other professionals in that field as you can and ask them about it. They'll ALL tell you that the brand you named is about as low in quality as you can possibly get.
