A Superior Roof

Just giving an update on this company... Since placing the new roof with A Superior Roof, we have developed a number of leaks. Most of them have been resolved, but not without extreme effort. Rick (the owner) no longer responds to my calls or texts, and Autumn is starting to now follow into Rick's business habits. I feel as though we have been more than patient with this team, only to be de-prioritised. I no longer trust this company to do any work on our home, and will not be using them in the future for anything else.

BEWARE: Rick installed a roof on our home in June 2020 and provided a ten-year warranty. Shortly thereafter, we began to notice extremely high temperatures in second story. We diagnosed the problem. Both of our attic fans were not working. We contacted Rick to ask him to investigate the problem with BOTH attic fans. Rick sent out a crew to investigate. They determined the problem appeared to be electrical. I contacted Rick to ask him if the fans were disconnected when the roof was being installed. Rick assured me he would send out an electrician to investigate. I followed up with Rick from Nov. 2020 to date (Jan 2021). Rick has yet to send us help. I am disappointed to say that Rick has failed to live up to our expectations.  At this point, based on Rick's lack of a response, it appears our warranty is worthless.

I am going to have the fans repaired. Then sue Rick for restitution.

This is a great local business that I would recommend to anyone. The business owner, Rick, called me quickly after my first inquiry. He was busy the day I called on another job but continued to communicate through text message until he could come out the following day. He came over on a Sunday morning to help get my roof patched before rains were expected to hit in the afternoon. Once he got on the roof, he recognized a poor installation from the builder, patched, and caulked up a few questionable spots. He said the job wasn't much and didn't even charge me. It was to me as it stopped a leak! I would give this company an A+ in regards to communication, friendliness, and effort! Thank you Rick and Superior Roofing! Great job!

I can't speak for their craftsmanship but I can tell you that you can't depend on the guys to show up. Called for then to come out, waited a month, called again and he came out and gave me a quote. Saif they would be out the following week. Never showed. Then the next week I called and said they would be out the following day. Never showed. Keep in mind I have a roof leak and it's trained several times during this process. If they didn't have time to come out they would have just let me know so I could get somebody else to do it.

I needed repairs for my roof per an inspection associated with my home sale. Rick reacted quickly and came to provide pricing. The pricing was right in line with the scope of work. Rick took care of the repairs as scheduled, and the quality was on point. It was a great experience and I would recommend to whom ever needs trustworthy and fair work for their roof.
