My GC hired them to do a new roof, and we think is the worst decision my GC made. A-star is a shady business that won't make good on their word, my brand new roof is leaking since last year, they gave a warranty that's worthless. I even had to contact my lawyer to get them to reply to my emails/calls.

I've contacted them several times since last summer and no show. I speak to Silvia on the phone and her only reply is we will call you back, Mark is busy. Please avoid this people like the plague.

I put a very costly tile roof on my home 5-7 years ago. I am close to the ocean and the roofer was well aware of this.
He put a drip strip at the bottom of the roof using inferior metal that would not hold up in this area. He has done nothing to help me out. It has rusted, corroded, and has holes in it. His answer was the supplier gave him bad metal. He has worked in the area for years and should have replaced it right away. If I call him, he pays little attention
