I had them come out for an estimate for gutter cleaning. Instead I was sent a $20k roof replacement quote with no explanation. At my request, they corrected the estimate and quoted me $842 for a 1000 sq. ft. house gutter cleaning. I then had another company come out to look at the roof and tell me if it needed replacing. (Because A.S. scared me with their original quote). They took pictures and confirmed my roof was in fine shape and then quoted me $333 for the gutters. I feel scammed by A.S. and would not recommend.

Our old roof was showing its age. We got estimates to replace it from 7 of the top rated (Yelp and Google) roofing companies in the Sacramento area. A.S Roofing not only had 5 stars in all it's reviews, but was the only company where the owner came out to give us a bid. I was very impressed the first time I met owner Andres Samperio. I felt he was honest, professional, thorough and knowledgeable. He also gave us the best bid and saved us thousands of dollars over his competitors.

We had to reschedule a couple of time because of wet weather. Their crew was always on time and did an amazing job. Job foreman, Jesus, was great to work with. We are very pleased with our ""new"" roof and the total experience of working with A.S Roofing. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

A.S Roofing is the company for you!! Andres (owner) just completed our 2500 sq. ft. roof replacement here in Rancho Cordova. We also had dry rot repair and new gutters put in.
Andres is very professional, as well as his team that did the work! Andres communicated throughout the entire project and did all work in a timely manner. I personally walked my roof and the work is impeccable.
